From the start I came in US , adjustment of status , green card application, removal of condition , and now im on my last step naturalization , rapid visa helped throughout my journey, their very helpful ,reliable and friendly customer service rep
Although I had no negative experiences with RapidVisa, what I will say is avoid using themI did my K-visa through them in the last yearWhile the service is good and they are quick to respond, they really weren't helpful at allThey basically kept telling me to add more information to my applicationI had to fill out all the paperwork myself and search for the answers to my questions onlineTheir responses are usually generic or something along the lines of "see the USCIS website"Well, sorry, but I could have done that without anyone telling meI had to print everything out myself and mail it at my expenseSo really all they did for their (not so cheap) fee was answer a few emailsSave that money, because this is not a cheap process and once you're married you have to file for adjustment of statusThey charge another separate fee for thatI opted not to use them for that part and had no issues
