Placed a reorder for a product over the phone with their employee on August 2, 2017 and was given a total amount for the product. I submitted payment by check as I had done on a previous order. 3 weeks passed and we did not receive product so we contacted office and was told that they did not have an order for my product but had my check and if I wanted to place the order I would have to pay an additional $58 in advance before order could be shipped. I refused because I felt their employee was in error and they should stand behind the original order. After much discussion I decided to never do business with this company again and was told my check would be returned to me this was on August 21, 2017. I received my bank statement today and they deposited the check on August 14. I still do not have my money back.
