Dear [redacted] , Thank you for forwarding the complaint filed by an American Council on Exercise (ACE) customer concerning him not receiving his certification documentation in the mail within an appropriate timeframe The issue arose due to incorrect information listed on our website as well as the original certification documentation being lost within the courier service We have a solution to the customer’s complaint and have spoken with the customer via phone to address the issue Since speaking with the customer, ACE has provided him with a copy of the documentation he was requesting for employment purposes and will be shipping, via 2nd Day Air w/ tracking, the certification documentation for his recordsOnce the customer confirms receipt of the electronic copies sent to him as well as the certification documentation sent via 2nd Day Air, the issue will be completely resolved to his satisfaction This will most likely occur within 3-business days (from today)I will follow up this message with an update as to the status as soon as I have one Please contact me if you any questions or to provide me with any updates related to our Revdex.com accreditationRegards, [redacted] Director of Operations
