American Credit Company

Complaint[redacted], from American Credit Company I paid him on 5/4/15 and he hasn't returned any of my calls, texts, or emails.He has not done anything as promised and now refuses to return any calls or text. I believe I have been scammed. I sent him money through money gram on 5/4/15Desired SettlementI want a $250 refund

Contracted to repair credit. Said it could take from 6-9 months to see notable changes. Only worked on account for 60 days and now wants more moneyWhen I contacted [redacted] he got very pushy and attempted to talk over my head and basically bully me. I told him I was upset because he had only worked on my credit repair for 60 days and there had been no actions taken on my behalf in the last 90 days. He indicated they had problems with the service they were using and hard parted ways. He was willing to continue servicing me but wanted more money. I am not complaining about the results. Actually in the 60 days they worked on it I was quite happy. I paid $800 for this service and it was not for 60 days of work. If so that equates to $400 a month. [redacted] sold me on not using Lexington Law which was only $99 a month. He stated he felt he would have good success of cleaning the majority of items but it would take time. He made no promises of results but he did promise to work on it for 6-9 months and that the $800 was all I would have to pay. If you search complaints about his company they all say the same thing.Desired SettlementI would like a $400 refund. I feel he did some work but not what was promised
