Review: In April 2010 My place of employment (Princeton Marriott Hotel& Resorts) has been flooded with harassment telephone calls from these fake debt/credit collectors pretending that I owe them loans to which I have never ever obtained. They would use phony identities,telephone numbers from all parts of the USA, and other aliases as well. They would often times use verbal/abusive language to whoever responds to their phone calls as well as threaten me with legal action if I fail to pay them. They have previously contacted my relatives,references,friends etc and sadly my workplace. I/those I know am literally getting sick and tired of these people to the point where I am in the process of pursuing legal action towards these people until we/USA are able to locate the perpetuator(s) involved. Please advise me as to what steps to take?.Thanks.Desired Settlement: I/personal,work related references would only want these people to stop making these phone calls to us. And if there is a possibility that they must pay the price/suffer for their methods/actions period.

Review: Since 2010 My workplace of which I am presently employed has been receiving harassing telephone messages/calls from this establishment. The person(s) were of an Indian accent and would claim that they represent law agencies and also claim to be law agents.They somehow hacked their way into payday loan websites and literally compromised my personal information along with other peoples information as well. They would use profane language to whoever answered the telephone,threaten them,myself,and my personal/work related references with prison time if I failed to pay them. They would also use American related names and telephone numbers as well. I am in the process of taking legal action towards these [redacted]. ThanksDesired Settlement: I just want these [redacted] arrested and of course to pay (monetarily)the price because of for what the pain and embarrassment they put other people/myself through. I plan to file a lawsuit against them.They won't ever be bothering anyone else again.
