Review: In 2010, I had racked up about $29,144 in credit card debt on my MasterCard & VISA. Unable to make payments, I Then, I noticed that phone calls were not being returned and e-mails were not being answered...at all. I researched this company online and found that not only do they have an "F" rating on the Revdex.com website, but there are numerous websites where others who have been scammed by this company have filed complaints. I've submitted e-mails, made phone calls, and written letters demanding a full refund of what I've paid to them. In their contract, it states on page 2., section 8., "If COMPANY is unable to settle an eligible/enrolled account, COMPANY will not charge CLIENT any amount as settlement fees paid to COMPANY for that particular account balance." Yesterday, as of August 10th, 2013, I received an e-mail from [redacted], one of the liars at ACG, stating, "A refund will not be issued since fees have not been collected for debt settlement." What does that mean?? I don't get my $2,445 back because I did not give them all of my debt owed to my creditor?? When I called my creditor, USAA, they've never even heard of American Credit Group, LLC...let alone been in negotiations with them. This company is a bunch of liars & thieves: DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!Desired Settlement: I'd like to see this company re-pay not only my full amount that I paid to them, but also to all of the other people who have entrusted them with their debt settlement money.

Review: I have not received PER THEIR CONTRACT the services that their contract states. According to their estimation in my contract, they should have settled this around my 50th payment to them, well guess what, they aren't even close as far as I can tell. I have been with them since November 2010 and to date they have only cleared the smaller charges. In fact, I can't even tell you, which ones because I cannot even get an account reconciliation from them even though I have been asking for over a year. Their contract states we can access our accounts online, but they took that portion of their website down so no one can access it since around March 2012 or shorter so I asked them for a printout of their records, which I have not gotten. Apparently, from everything I have read now on the Revdex.com site everyone seems to be having the same problems. They withdraw my money out of my account every month, but do not pay anything. I believe that would be stealing if they are not paying anything. I have given them $19,600 since 11/2010 and I don't even know what is settled and what is not other than maybe the smaller ones. I would like to take this further, but I thought I would start here first to get it on record. I have made numerous attempts to reach them to no avail. On top of their fee, they also take a maintenance fee of $11.75 a month. I would like a refund of my money, including maintenance fees as I believe they have not done a thing since back in 2011 or 2012. I just don't know because I cannot get a reconciliation from them. This company does not comply with their own contract because they promise to help you per their contract, but do not follow through and they just take your money as far as I can see. Because they will not give me a complete accounting of my account in detail and all the stress they have caused me, I would like a full refund as I have no idea what is paid and what is not.Desired Settlement: This company seems to be negligent in responding to me by any means and I wish to get a full refund. My next step, I believe would be to contact the Attorney General and take legal actions against them. I'd appreciate it if I could get some much needed assistance with American Credit Group, and if need be, I have copies of all emails between American Credit Group and myself as well as bank records showing all of their withdrawals and fees.

Review: I have worked with this company for almost 3 years and resolved some debt issues. However, now that I have asked for an accounting of the fees they have charged me - in one single year it was over $9,000, they have not responded to me. I have called and left messages; I sent an email with a spreadsheet of charges for one year and asked what they meant - and no response. I have tried to log onto my account but their web site has been down for about a year now. No one there can be trusted. I am in the middle of paying out a settlement and want to continue making the deposits to Global One, but I do not want to pay the fees to American Credit Group.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of the fees that are listed and not justified. I don't trust them to issue a check - they would probably stop payment on it before it reached the bank.
