I had sent an email to [redacted] on 5/21/to give him the status of the accountas requestedI sent a follow up email on 7/after receiving the Revdex.com complaintHe responded to that email: "I did not see the last emailNor was I expecting an email but a letter in the mailNone the less thank you for your reponseAnd I will be looking forward to any email coming from this address." He has made another paymentTo the best of my knowledge he is satisfied with the responseThank you, [redacted] ***
Revdex.com spoke with the business who has been unsuccessful in making contact with the consumer As such they have issued him a refund at this time
