My credit card was charged $359.39 in 3/22/13 for an order I have never received. It's been a year and I still have not received a refund for my orderI placed my order on 3/20/13 through their website based on the requirements from [redacted] Ballet School's summer intensive. Order # [redacted], which I received an order confirmation of via email. I ordered the following items:1 ea SOD-D1538-BLA-L1 ea SOD-D1526-BLA-L1 ea KTRNA-15017-BLA-L1 ea KTRNA-15016-BLA-L1 ea KTRNA-15011-BLABUR-L2 ea KTRNA-16002-BLA-M2 ea KTRNA-16002-CAR-M1 ea KTRNA-16026-WINCHA-M1 ea 1016-01-VN-BLK-M1 ea 1017-01-VN-GRY-M1 ea 1000-01-SN-WHT-M1 ea 1002-01-VN-PLM-M1 ea JBS-VNECK-GRY-Mfor a total of $359.39.My credit card was charged on 3/22/2013. I never received my order. I tried to contact ADA but was unable to reach them via email or phone.The phone number on their website was down and the customer service email provided looped back with an error message stating I needed to sign into the website to submit my inquiry but that didn't work either. On July 9, 2013 I sent an email to [email protected] with a copy of my order confirmation attached asking about the status of my order. I never received a reply.I sent another email on 7/23/13 with the same information & received a generic reply with [redacted] as a reference number, stating they would get back to me ASAP.As of 7/28/13 I still had not heard back from ADA so I sent another email. I then received an email on 7/28/13 from ADA stating the [email protected] email address was no longer valid & I would not be receiving a response from them & would have to go to their website Portal. That Portal left me with an error message. I then sent a message to [email protected] & received the same reply directing me to the website Portal. On 7/30/13 I came across a different email address,[email protected] & sent an email inquiring about my order. On 7/31/13 I received this response: Hello [redacted],Our staff has responsed to your ticket. Please see the detail below.Replied From: [redacted]-------------------------------Sorry to inform you that we are moving our fulfillment center to a new facility, because of this, we won't be able to deliver items on time.This was completely unforeseen, so we apologize for the inconvenience caused.Please confirm whether you want us to cancel this order and process a complete refund?I replied stating I would like my entire order canceled and a full refund. My reply came back as "undeliverable". Although, on 7/31/13 I recv'd this response:The order no [redacted] is under a different name and that order has been delivered. So could you please provide us the last four digits of your billing credit card so that we can verify the billing information.Please confirm.I replied with a copy of my original order confirmation from ADA and the last four digits of my credit card number.Their response:The order number you have given is under a different name (it's not under [redacted] as well). The credit card also doesn't match up. So we have forwarded your case to our credit and verification department. You indeed have created an account with us but that account does not have any orders in it. So we were unable to check alternate orders as well. Our credit and verification department will follow up this case with Visa and they will contact you back with the details.As of 8/9/13 I had not heard back from ADA & started emailing again. Not hearing back, I emailed again on 8/12/13, 8/28/13 & 9/13/13. Still no response. At this point I contact [redacted] School of Ballet trying to get some answers. I have been communicating with [redacted] since that time. [redacted] was in contact w/ADA & had been told refunds were coming. As of 03/27/14, ADA's website is down and phone numbers are no longer in service. Desired SettlementI would like to have a full refund of my order, $359.39

Wrong items were shipped and returned per their return policy listed on web page. No refund was issued since March 2013.I ordered dance clothes for my daughter to attend a dance camp. The American Dance Apparel was the preferred supplier. The wrong items were shipped and returned with their return material policy. The items were returned to American Dance Apparel; however, customer service has promised a refund check more than five times since March 2013. In November 2013, no refund check has been issued and the customer service is not responding to emails or chats from service representatives on their webpage. Please let others not to order dance clothes from American Dance Apparel.Desired SettlementI would like a refund.

My daughter was required to have specific dance attire to attend the [redacted] summer intensive and the only place it could be purchased was through American Dance Apparel (ADA). I purchased several items but had to return two of them, which I have the [redacted] tracking documentation confirming the returned items were received. These items were received on 4/23/13 and 5/8/13. I have contacted ADA countless time via phone and email and each time I'm told the refund is being processed but as of today 12/27/13, I have not received it. There is no longer a phone number listed on their website so I've used their online customer service Help process but they are not able to help with refund issues. They informed me to escalate my case, I must write to the corporate office, which I have done. It should not take this long for a refund to be processed.Product_Or_Service: Omni Tricot Black Leggings and Women's TankOrder_Number: [redacted] and [redacted]Desired SettlementI am requesting my refund in the amount of $57.99 be processed immediately. The two items are from: order #[redacted] (Omni Tricot Black leggings) $38.00 and order #[redacted] (Women's Loose Crop Tank) $19.99. I can provide detailed documentation if it's needed.

This company steals your money. I placed an order March 28th for dance wear that was required by the [redacted] and never received it or my money back. I am owed over $200 and my other student had the same issue happen to her. When we arrived at the school other students didnt have the equipment that was required as well. These children could have been asked to leave class because they were unprepared. It costs thousands of dollars to go to this school and this company put our kids at risk for being kicked out! I asked for a refund and they said I would get one and never did. They have told me this several times and my other students mother was told the same thing. I over heard the man on the phone one time asking another guy " what should I tell her this time?" Then the guy responded with " tell her Monday she will get it. (while laughing in the back ground). I have contacted them through chat and emails and this issue is going on 9 months of being unresolved. I have even asked for the items but they still the have not given me anything.Product_Or_Service: March 28th 2013Order_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementI either want my cash or the items that are owed. Since we have waited so long I feel they should add in a extra Camisole Medium adult leotard or a Medium adult Hoodie with the [redacted] logo for the interest!

This relates to order #[redacted] placed on March 31, 2013. Items never delivered, promised refund never received, and store credit cannot be used.I ordered dancewear as required by the [redacted] Ballet summer program. My credit card was charged immediately, but most of my order never arrived. For months they said items were backordered and promised delivery "next week." Then after the program was over they promised a refund by check, which never came. Then they admitted that they were never going to send the check and gave me store credit, but there is no way to apply the credit to make a purchase on the website. There is no customer service number and emails to customer service get no response. ADA was until recently located in Dallas where 41 complaints were filed with Revdex.com in 2013. The new ADA is the same as the old ADA: fraudulent!Desired SettlementI am seeking a refund of $165 for items never received (I have confirmation from ADA that this is the amount they owe me). Also, I am seeking a refund of the $125 just paid to ADA. My daughter, in attempting to use the online credit, put in her credit card and they have charged the card and not applied the credit. We are disputing this through the credit card company.

I ordered dance leotards for my daughter on 3/24/13 so she could attend [redacted] summer dance intensive in July. They require uniforms purchased from American Dance Apparel. All but 1 arrived. I have sent several emails and created a "ticket" on their customer service website. I called several times early on but now they took their phone number down. I have multiple return emails promising me that my refund check is on the way. But it has never come.
