Thank you for relaying Mr [redacted] concern to us Our Office Manager, [redacted] , is the employee who we entrusted to represent the best interest of American Dance Coat all times She is the face of the company Unfortunately we have found that instead of following procedures and guidelines as outlined, she would rather tell people what they want to hear and make promises without following through She has been reprimanded and is no longer serving in this capacity Previously, [redacted] communicated to us was that Mr [redacted] contacted the studio on 10/28/stating that November would be his ( [redacted] ) last month unless he straightens up at school I followed up with [redacted] in November and she said they had decided to leave him in classes Additionally he took a couple classes in December which were covered by December tuition The following is the portion of our policy and procedure form which specifies our withdrawal policy All parents are required to sign and initial the policy and procedure form when enrolling students in classes ---------------------------------------- Withdrawal and Refunds: American Dance Cois a year round schoolMonthly tuition rates are based on a student registering for the full year, or for the remaining term from the date of registrationThere is a two-month minimum for all lessonsOne-month notice from the first of the month is required to discontinue any classesWithdrawal must occur within the first days of the monthNO WITHDRAWALS ARE ACCEPTED AFTER FEBRUARY 1stWithdrawal must be done in personWithdrawal must be done at the school office and not with the teacherTo withdraw from the class a parent or adult must: Inform school administration in person, and Complete and sign a withdrawal form provided by the school office All auto-debit or auto-credit information will be destroyedNo refunds will be given for missed classes or for early withdrawal from classesNo refunds will be given for any costume feesAmerican Dance Coreserves the right to terminate lessons to any students without noticeIn such a case a refund for unused lesson lessons will be given ------------------------------------------ While our Withdrawal procedure was not followed properly (a withdrawal form was never filled out) and [redacted] misinformed MrTrevino, we have made a good faith effort to satisfactorily resolve this complaint and have refunded the amount in question ($December tuition + $January tuition) for a total of $back to the payor, Deanna Trevino Please contact me to verify that you show this issue as resolved Additionally should you have any questions please contact me at [email protected] Thank you for your assistance in resolving this concern

***, Below is my response; To [redacted] 's credit, she was the only person I was able to get a hold of or would respond to my emailsI called numerous times and emailed the company website, showed up in person and never heard from upper management [redacted] never told me what I wanted to hear....which was "Mr/Mrs so and so" will be contacting you regarding your situation" The only thing she did wrong from what I could tell, is not print out the form for me to sign being that she was on the computer filling out my request to withdrawal (which I did in person) when I notified herI did tell her, I knew I did not meet the dead line and I would be charged for November, I never told her we would continue to take classes after notifying y'all of my withdrawal [redacted] did attend a couple of times more in November (since we paid for that month), but never ever went in Dec As for your "good faith effort" to satisfactory resolve my complaint, I would hate to see what you do, when you ignore a client Your response to this complaint with the Revdex.com is EVEN UNSATISFACTORY...being that it took you over a month to reply Being that you failed to respond in a timely manner to the Revdex.com, we contacted our CC company to see if they could void the chargesMy wife received a letter Friday stating they would refund dollars...why not 116, don't know Should I receive a refund from both the CC company and the dance company, I will return anything over the amount of to the dance company I will consider this matter closed when my wife's credit card is credited Respectfully,***

 Below is my response;
 To [redacted]'s credit, she was the only person I was able to get a hold of or would respond to my emails. I called numerous times and emailed the company website, showed up in person and never heard from upper management.  [redacted] never told me what I wanted to hear....which was "Mr/Mrs so and so" will be contacting you regarding your situation".

 Being that you failed to respond in a timely manner to the Revdex.com, we contacted our CC company to see if they could void the charges. My wife received a letter Friday stating they would refund 58.00 dollars...why not 116, don't know. 
 Should I receive a refund from both the CC company and the dance company, I will return anything over the amount of 116.00 to the dance company.
 I will consider this matter closed when my wife's credit card is credited.
