Hi, I purchased from you, a dash kit for my 2009 Toyota Tacoma, and two of the pieces are coming apart on me, the two pieces are the center air vents one on each side of radio, please see attached foto. Is it possible for me two get two new pieces, even if I have to pay for them...Thanks

Review: American Dash has violated Amazons terms of agreement and committed fraud in charging me and not refunding or delivering my product LEXUS SC300 SC400 SC INTERIOR WOOD DASH TRIM KIT SET 1992 1993 1994 1995 1996 1997 (Order # [redacted] – $194.98).

I have tried to be as patient with American Dash as possible. After several communications with American Dash, the last communication from them (via email) was that, unless I wanted a replacement item (which I had told him that I could not and would not accept a replacement item), he would not do thing else for me. They have not responded to my last email neither.

According to the shipping details, the item LEXUS SC300 SC400 SC INTERIOR WOOD DASH TRIM KIT SET 1992 1993 1994 1995 1996 1997 (total price of $194.98) was “delivered” on January [redacted], 2016, however I still do not have my item that I paid for. As explained to American Dash, I have checked with my neighbors and everywhere that the [redacted] man would leave packages, as I am the only one who gets the packages and mail. I have asked the [redacted] man as well as their supervisor and they do not remember if or if they had not delivered this package.

I cannot be sure that American Dash actually sent out my items and now I am without the product I paid for and yet I have been charged $194.98, and American Dash refuses to give me a refund.Desired Settlement: now I am without the product I paid for and yet I have been charged $194.98, and American Dash refuses to give me a refund.

Response:

We sent package via [redacted] Priority mail, it was scanned few time on the route to delivery address provided by Buyer and finally scanned when it was delivered, so Buyer's claim that order was never shipped was false already. As a our good will to our Customers we offered FREE same day replacement, but Buyer declined our offer on condition that he will buy another locally. It was another incorrect statement because this product can't be purchased from retail stores only from manufacturer and none locates in state of Florida. That makes us believe that [redacted] received his order and now trying get his money as well.
