American DC Limo & Bus Service

Review: I used Adc Limo and bus service for my sisters birthday and it was horrible. The driver picked me and my guests up from home took us to our destination but never returned with our personal belongings still in the limo. I've tried on several different occasions through emails, voicemails and also talking over the phone. The receptionist continues to hang up on me and does not answer the telephone to my phone number. My things were never returned and On top paying $650 on a limo that never returned , I had to pay for cab fair to return homeDesired Settlement: I would my money returned and also my personal items along with my friends.

Review: I reserved a party bus for my birthday and was given 10pm to 4am. Only a couple of hours before the event, the driver called to say that he had another party to serve so he wanted to change the itinerary. I asked if we could leave our stuff on the bus and what would happen to the rest of our plans. At this point, he became rude and said if I didn't like it then I should just call the office and cancel my reservation. I called the office and asked about cancelling my reservation but was told I would be charged the whole amount anyways. I told the woman that I would keep the reservation and meet the driver at the pick up location. I did not call the driver back and did not speak to him until I was close to the pick up location. The driver informed me that he was not meeting us up because I had cancelled my reservation. I called the office back and the woman said she would talk to the driver and call me back. The driver ended up calling us about 20 minutes after 10 and said he would pick us up at 11:15. He did not show up. He returned our calls and said he would be at our location at 12. When he finally arrived after midnight he said he could take $200 off our remaining balance and still stick to the itinerary. When we agreed he told us he didn't feel comfortable driving us around because everyone was mad so he didn't want to take us. He left and called the main office stating that I refused to pay him and that we told him to leave, which we did not do. I sent an email telling the office what happened. She said the driver told her I refused the services and charged my card. During this whole process both the driver and woman in the office kept changing their story. She said the driver showed up at the house at 10:30 but no one was there so he left. Driver supposedly arrived at our location at 9:30 but didn't see anyone so he left. Driver was "told" by someone from my party we're cancelling but can't tell who that person was. Didn't see him until 12. Multiple witnesses to dispute claims.Desired Settlement: Full refund of charges totaling $1,100. Contract should have been null if driver refused to provide services and rental time changed because the driver was servicing another party and wanted to change my itinerary. The company is making claims that the reservation was cancelled when it was not therefore the reservation time kept getting changed.
