We have a judgment against this consumer with an automatic payment arrangement in place. An automatic payment reminder notice is sent every month to the address on file, and has not been returned to us as undeliverable. The last conversation I note with the consumer is July of
2010, our business location and phone numbers have not changed since then. The company website www.amdebts.com has never been taken down. I'm not sure where the difficulty has come in for this consumer to contact us, and I have no record of the consumer calling nor have I received any mail from her requesting an account update since the 2010. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I was NOT given this balance amount, I was NOT returned a phone call.  This is the first time I am aware of what the balance is.  I do not agree with it, as I believe that the agreement reached in Court was for a set amount and that there was to be no interest accruing.  That said, I never disputed the debt, only that they are continuing to take the monies well after the debt was, in fact, paid in full.  Apparently there is nothing I can do about them refusing to show me proof of the interest they claim is part of the agreement, and will have to to pay on this, though it seems never ending if they are accruing interest as they say! I request, again, that they provide me with a copy of the agreement they have on file.  Thank you for your assistance in this matter. [redacted]

upon review of my file notes, I see an additional contact in January of 2016.  The consumer was given the balance of $1426.29 and advised that the judgment accrues interest at the Minnesota Statutory rate of 4%.  As of today the balance if $1005.76.  We have not received a call or message from the consumer in reference to this specific matter. thank you
