American Deck Protectors and Jeff *** are totally irresponsible they Cleaned and stained my deck They were paid in full with the promise from Jeff they would come back and touch up several areas that they had missed staining I have called repeatedly all summer for them to either finish the touch up work or drop off some stain (since I do not know the color to match) so I could Jeff or his office keeps saying that they would Needless to say another company you should neither trust or pay until you are completely satisfied

***, you were the one who suggested that the deck may need a second coatWhen we hired you we had full confidence that the job would be done and done well! Since this did not happen we are through with this and do not want you to returnBy the way, we NEVER approved that first color!!

***,
You know the deck needs another coat? Then I guess I will defer to your expertiseDo you also know a 2nd coat voids any manufacturers warranty and coats is never recommendedThe second coat will be shiny and may peelThere will be no warranty on job or product after 2nd coat
I know it will flatten out after product fully curesBut you know better
I understand *** gave us the wrong color stain initially but you looked at it on the deck and approved it
I choose to redo it at my expenseWhich you appeared grateful for
Sorry my family emergency left you inconvenienced with the trim pieces for weeks
Believe the contract only called for repairing trim pieceI could be wrong
According to contract I have completed the job and actually went well beyond the contract at considerable expense to myself
Now, after filing complaints to Revdex.com about me you tell me I did not fulfill contract and job is not done
You may want to read contract againJob was completed in full according to terms in contract except
the $furniture replacement fee which I believe you never paid and I waived, again at my expense
I WILL RETURN AND DO YOUR 2ND COAT NEXT WEEK AS WEATHER AND SCHEDULE PERMIT!
