Review: American Decking was contracted to install a custom built fence gate. Decorative curved arch was included in the design. The gate and arch were installed. The construction of the arch was inferior and the craftmanship failed. The arch began to warp and disassemble. [redacted] at American Decking removed the arch after numerour attempts to contact him. The arch has yet to be replaced.Desired Settlement: If [redacted] is unable to finish the job and reinstall the arch. I am requesting a refund of $300.
