Luther Falls Custom Kitchens Nottingham DrStJoseph, IL Ph217-356-Fax217-356- June 4, To Whom It Concerns, I am writing to respond to the complaint placed by Laura Rouse with the RevDex.com. I did not get mad when MsRouse told me that the component for the blind cabinet did not fit, I simply ordered a second smaller unit for her as she requested. I did tell her after her contractor said the second unit didn’t fit that I would have a contractor we work with install it for her since her contractor apparently did not know how to install it (so now we have almost into these unit). I also told her that without the original box that it came in, I would not be able to return it. It is like that saying, you break it you bought it… So when I explained that no box, no return, MsRouse said well then give me my handles and let’s just finish the job and be done. Her handles exceeded the of the unit. Also, MsRouse had told us to leave an opening for a future electrical outlet, then after the fact said we cut the backsplash wrong and so we had to hire an electrician and paid to have the outlet put in for her (for the electrician) on a separate wall at no cost to her. So at this point she has an additional electrical outlet and handles and should owe us an additional that we are out of pocket…So there will be no refund on this job

Ok several things, I never said I wanted An extra outletThe man that cuts the Granite accidentally cut a hole where there Was no outletHe hired an electrician To put an outlet there instead of a big hole Where there wasn’t supposed to be oneHe fixed it because he made the mistakeAlso, she never offered to have someone come Out and put the blind inShe just accused My contractor of incompetenceShe also Told me since I bought my cabinets from Her that the handles were at her cost.
