AD&B did extensive work on the outside of our home We hired them to replace all windows, entry doors, roof, and siding We also asked them to add a front entry porch and a screened porch on the back of the house The final result is absolutely stunning Our sales rep was very patient with us as we explained how we wanted the house to look when complete It is exactly what we wanted There was a delay in the siding installation - completely out of AD&B control The siding that was being installed had factory defaults that the crew noticed AD&B removed all defective siding installed After a 3rd delivery of siding, it was without blemish
There is a delay in getting the back screen door adjusted properly There was some confusion about what part was needed and deciding what or if there was a problem With the third service visit, the service rep understood what was wrong with the door and parts were ordered, installed, and now operating as expected
The installed products are top of the line The house is very much more quiet, much due to the insulated siding, triple-pane windows, and new roof The fish scale accent and colors are wonderful
