Travel to American diesel in tucker ,ga 12/16/19 to see engine and parts , they gave an excuse have a girl in the office stole the money. Wasn't able to see the engine that we travel to see. $1200 on travel. put a deposit on The engine of $5000. Hamza basil the gen manager. And nick the sales guy. assured me it would be about 4 weeks delivery, after 5 and a half weeks I requested a refund of the $5000 plus the $1200 for travel 7 weeks later they stoped communication

American Diesel Owner Iyakise *** and Manager Hamza *** have taken 12k and not delivered my 2015 DD15 engine nor refund.
Bought the engine September 10/2019 from the American Diesel location in Tucker, GA but has moved to another warehouse at 105 Bucknell Ct SW Atlanta, GA 30336. Have not received my engine nor my money back. Iyakise *** AKA Nick and Hamza *** AKA Jason have lied to me over and over and repeatedly sent me fake pictures and all to keep me waiting but I have not received any refund nor engine. The money was paid by cashier's check. They did not include the serial number, nor correct year of engine when it was bought and we had to constantly ask them to send us the correct invoice. The only other option is to sue both of these guys though they have multiple cases pending anyways due to fraud to other customers already.

I purchase a 13 speed transmission from this people. They sent me a 10 speed automatic transmission, complete diferente from what I have ordered! I had no use since the transmission was completely different and wouldn't fit on my truck! Lost days trying to find another one and the time waiting for there transmission was gone already! So delivery was refuse it right then, I never accept the transmission! Since then my battle began! Been trying to get my money back since july! Called inumeros times, then the girl that answers the phone sad that I have to deal with Nick! Been talking to Nick, supposedly the guy in charge, but nothing! So after 2 months I gave them a bad review on google, and then, on the next day, this Nick guy had that audacity of calling me and ask please remove the bad review that I will reimbursed your money! I remove it, all I want is my money back, and as I suspect, was another lie! We are now in November and he still has never returned my money!

I have only one thing to say about this American Diesel shop ! Stay away! They will rob you! They are unprofessionals, don't know what they are doing,and will make you loose time and money! Take your business some place else!

We purchased a motor from them and it was supposedly a good running motor with no oil leaks and it arrived at cummins seized up with sludge in the oil filters. We spent the next several weeks being lied to and avoided so I loaded the stuff up and took it back. After being treated like they had had no idea what was going on they informed us they would take it back but keep 25% for a restocking fee. They use the avoidance and lying to u t ok achieve this so avoid this company unless u are looking to get screwed outta ur money

Purchased a Paccar mx 13 engine on May XX XXXX from American diesel. The engine was sold as a complete running engine with a 1 year warranty. The engine was saran wrapped and shipped on a pallet. The engine received shipping damages during transport and also had water damage once it arrived at our mechanics.
Damages included:
Turbo charger completely seized and rusted solid and a piece of plastic was jammed in the housing.
Air-conditioning compressor pulley broken off compressor.
Air intake was left unwrapped and somehow water made its way into the engine.
Fuel rail system broken off and was rusted internally which contaminated the fuel rails and injectors. Damage to coolant hose housing. Multiple pipes and lines damaged. Once our licensed mechanic looked at the engine he emailed us and sent pictures. His concerns that this engine would require a complete look over internally to ensure there was no water damage internally into the engine and that is safe and reliable to be on the road. MY company paid $19,245.40 plus $1100.00 GST and border fees. The mechanic feels that the turbo was seized for a long time and that it did not seize completely during the 2 weeks it was shipped. I contacted America diesel via phone on June 17 (Nick) said he did not want to talk on the phone and he wanted me to text him pictures. I also asked if he seen my emails and he said "we don't check our emails around here" Once I sent Nick the pictures he stopped communicating with me. I waited a week and tried to contact them again. Nick told me to take parts off of my old engine and to replace them with the broken parts on the engine they shipped me. I asked him why should I have to pay for the parts and labor to do all this ( it could cost thousands of dollars) when I purchased a complete running engine. When I purchased the engine American diesel told me that their 1 warranty would cover parts and labor and that it was acceptable for our licensed mechanic to do the repairs if any issues with the engine with in the year American diesel would cover the cost. ( This was Nicks sales pitch) and they are not standing behind their word. Last communication with American Diesel was June XX XXXX. I asked them if they had a plan and if they did not answer my calls or respond to me I would report them to Revdex.com and authorities. Their last text message to me said "this is too much" the engine is fine" "use parts off your old engine" "we will send another engine" I feel we were sent a engine that American diesel believed was a complete running engine but it was not recently inspected to ensure it was reliable and safe. The engine was not washed and appears they just painted right over the grease and dirt to make it look new and that it had been inspected.
I checked in with them and asked for a plan going forward and they once again have failed to communicate to me as to what their plan is. I am fed up with the service from American diesel.
