American Dock & Lift

I purchased a dock from this company in July and had it installed at Wall Lake, Orland, IN One main factor in purchasing the dock from American Dock and Lift was they would install and remove the dock There were no issues with the installation, and was pleased In September I requested the dock to be removed and went in and paid in advance on October 6th at their store ($80.00) This was the last that I heard from them I have send several emails to Shane Bond, the store manager, and left several voice messages I have gone to the store itself several times as well, including today, November 19th, and no one was there My dock is still in the lake, and if it isn't' taken out soon, it will be damaged as the lake freezes

Did a great job His team was excellent I would ,and have recommended this company!
