To Whom it may concern: We don't have a client name *** ***, this has happen before and we have made the *** aware of a company utilizing our web page as our company and falsely taking money from home ownersOur web site is***.*** their website is something else but they are utilizing
our same web site graphics and all, we have tried to hold them accountable but their address is to some mail box and we can not serve them a cease and desist because they are a scam company and can not be located, just as *** *** has probably tried to contact themIf you refer back to the last complaint we received under this same situation we included the name of that website and we showed that the company responsible for taking their money is not us, we are located in *** *** *** and that is our only location, this company is doing business in ***I'm sorry that this has happen to this client but I'm sorry we did not except money from them and that can easily be determined by simply asking the client to provide where she paid her funds to because I guarantee it wasn't paid to *** *** ***

 As I stated in the first response to complaint #[redacted] we clearly state in our notice of service which is attached to this email a long with proof of shipping is that we are a document preparation company that do not guarantee a modification but only preparation of the [redacted] documents to the standard of that government program. She hired us to prepare the documents and ship them to her which we did, and that is the extent of what we assured her would happen, the government set the guide lines to the program which she qualified for the problem is [redacted] didn't do as instructed and now she is upset because she chose to not follow specific instruction to expedite the documents which we are not responsible for. I have personally spoken with [redacted] and a few different occasions and there were instructions that we gave to Mrs. [redacted] in which she did not follow and she agreed to that she was supposed to take the forms personal and she did not do that and we explain to her that because she had waited so long to get back with us that she was on a time crunch and I personally asked her why did she wait an extra month before she decided to go with our company and she said she was weighing other options. I told her that because she was already months behind on her mortgage that she had to take the forms personally and she didn't do that, listen if she submitted the docs and it was something wrong on the docs or she didn't get them in 2 days and that caused her to lose her home then by all means we would refund her money but that is not the case in this matter, she just didn't do as instructed and it cost her home just as she waited a whole month knowing that she was behind on her payment but still prolonged getting help even from us, in this case my heart goes out to Mrs. [redacted] but we provided her the service we said we would as instructed in our notice service. This is a response to complaint #[redacted] made by [redacted], at no point do we guarantee a modification or stoppage of a any sale date or foreclosure on any clients home. We offer a service of...

document preparation for the [redacted]II program as long as the client meets the guidelines for the government modification program, we utilizing a proprietary software that eliminate all errors to increase the home owners chances of getting a modified under the [redacted] program. Attached is a copy of the notice service in which all our client including [redacted] sign agreeing to our terms and conditions which clearly state that we are a document preparation company and not a mortgage company and at no point do we guarantee a modification. We completed every document that we were hired to do and mailed them utilizing priority mail to [redacted] showing delivery which is also attached to this email to show those documents were mailed and received. [redacted] was spoken to on a few different occasions prior to her hiring our company, so as far as her having a sales date on her home this was not part of the services we provided and this was communicated to her, how ever we did assist in offering her advice at her request the appropriate steps required to attempt to stop her sales date but due to her not enrolling into our program when we initially spoke with her 4 weeks prior to her actually hiring our company which she would agree, this shorten the time needed to execute that advice. I have spoken to [redacted] and she agreed that she had hired a company prior to ours and that's what kept her from responding to us in a timely manner to get started but however their are some current steps she can take and we will be assisting her with further advice to help her current situation.
