I have reviewed the response by American Door
Systems (ADS) in reference to complaint ID and find that this
resolution will be satisfactory to me if completed in a timely and satisfactory
manner
To reiterate, we expect improved communication from
the business and expedited completion of the project, including sashes
replaced, trim replaced in room at minimum (more as decided by the homeowner
and finish carpenter), as well as all nail holes filled with the appropriate filler
from the window manufacturer (Sunrise)All work is to be completed by a finish
carpenterAny finish carpenter *** designates is acceptable, with the
exception of the original installer of the windows
I will wait for ADS to perform this action and, if
it does, will consider this complaint resolved

I did go out and meet with [redacted], and agreed that a couple pieces of trim need to be adjusted or changed. I could have mention that my Son would come out and make the corrections, although we have a number great carpenters here on staff, so we schedule who is available at the time. I did...
order all the correct sashes from Sunrise Window Corporation, and they sent (8) sashes the wrong size. The new sashes were re-ordered and are scheduled to arrive Dec. 7, 2016. We always take care of all our warranty issues, as soon as we receive material. It is unfortunate The [redacted] are acting this way making complaints when we have explain to them what happened with the manufactured. They would have been welcomed to check for themselves at Sunrise Window. For the record and you may certainly check, this is our third complaint in 25 years, and after 45000 jobs. And all 3 complaints were uncalled for, just like the [redacted]. We never told them that we are done, never ran from there problem, but they like to put a blemish on our record.Thank You[redacted]
