I did go out and meet with [redacted] , and agreed that a couple pieces of trim need to be adjusted or changedI could have mention that my Son would come out and make the corrections, although we have a number great carpenters here on staff, so we schedule who is available at the timeI did order all the correct sashes from Sunrise Window Corporation, and they sent (8) sashes the wrong sizeThe new sashes were re-ordered and are scheduled to arrive Dec7, We always take care of all our warranty issues, as soon as we receive materialIt is unfortunate The [redacted] are acting this way making complaints when we have explain to them what happened with the manufacturedThey would have been welcomed to check for themselves at Sunrise WindowFor the record and you may certainly check, this is our third complaint in years, and after jobsAnd all complaints were uncalled for, just like the [redacted] We never told them that we are done, never ran from there problem, but they like to put a blemish on our record.Thank You [redacted]
