I am rejecting this response because: Part of my concern (complaint) has to do with their customer serviceTheir agents do not call to communicate what is going on with accountThey used to text, and that stopped for some reason again, without telling anyone, so I think that texts are indeed being read and acted uponI had just a few days previous spoke to *** and thought we were on the same pageWhen tow company drove off with my car, *** had no idea what was going on eitherFrom that stand point, *** was not in the loop of what American Dream was doing eitherI asked for a chance to sit and visit and was not given the chance as their address is a post office boxFor all I know I am dealing with someone in their mom's basementI want to be able make things better for everyone on a go forward basisWhy is it so hard to communicate with the customer? I feel like they are trying hard to operate in the shadows versus being upfront and empowering their people to work with the customer and communicate with them.

Mr [redacted] called our office with his complaint and after a discussion of why and how the situation occurred I belive we came to a conclusion. We issued a $100 credit as a measure of customer satisfaction and developed a plan with him to make sure that his car was not going to be repossessed in the...

future. I think the situation has been resolved.
