American Dream Loan Services LLC

There is a company out: call them self American Dream Loan Services LLC/ Your way home LLC. They contact me after I was searching to purchase a home. They told me that I could go through this program which I owe 1500.00 or I could pay 2000.00. So I stated that I have kids and I was not able to give up the full 2000.00. So Mr. [redacted] stated that I could pay 250.00 each month for this program. Mr. [redacted], email me some document over and I sign them and he stated that in a couple days I would have a loan officer. I never receive that call after I fax over all my information I started thinking and then started emailing Mr. [redacted] to get clarification and their was no response until a couple week later and he stated that he was out of office because he had got marry but at the same time I started receiving emails from other people about this company being fraud. I started emailing more to get an answer but never receive any answer I got a response that he suppose been calling me never receive that call. last week I reach to the company I ask was [redacted] still with the company I was told not and suppose been getting a contract email to never did. Call out today and [redacted] answer the phone I ask Mr. [redacted] about the money that I provide I was told I could not get my money back but not one time it stated that this was a non refundable. I was threaten if I took illegal action he would put a lien on my credit report for me not able to get a home loan. I have 4 kids and in a need of a home and no time giving away money. when I research this company I came up with nothing and I think this need to be look into. Thank you [redacted]
