to the president at [redacted] this morning once I received the letter from the Revdex.com today concerning case# [redacted] (see attached).
The mirror brackets that were missing have since been ordered and the dealer now has them as they were not on the original order.
They are to be sent out to the home along with a repairman to make any adjustments needed and to also address the scratch mentioned by the consumer.
[redacted] where the purchase was made in July 2015 has made contact with the consumer and was aware of the issue at hand and was working diligently to get this on schedule next week to resolve.

The furniture in question was ordered on July 8. I have a screen print out from American Drew showing an original promise date of July 30, 2015. As of today, September 22, a repair person has not been scheduled (at least that I am aware of) and I have a damaged dresser that arrived that way out of the box (this is noted on the delivery documents). What is particularly upsetting is that the defect was highlighted with white paint so that it would not be overlooked prior to shipping and it was shipped anyway.

It is now October 9, 2015. I was originally promised this furniture on July 30, 2015. I received a triple dresser clearly marked with white paint indicating it was defective. Every piece of documentation associated with this order indicates that this is the case. I am in possession of this furniture more than a month. What does American Drew believe is "as quickly as possible?" thank you.

I hope that you all are well. Since 10/5, I have been in direct communication with the President of [redacted] who has been personally handling this complaint. I believe that he and his organization are doing all that they can to resolve the issue. They have been communicating with the consumer directly and working towards a resolution. The last communication I had from them is that all parts have been received and that they have been working to schedule repair. He advised me that they last communicated on 10/6. Hopefully this has been or will be resolved soon. I will leave this in the hands of the folks at [redacted] and will support them as needed.
I will forward this note to President of [redacted] and follow up with him to see if anything else is needed.
