Hi *** We contacted Revdex.com in reference to this and thought the issue was resolvedWe are trying to “resolve” this
complaint by having it removed altogetherThe “customer” will agree that we did nothing wrongHe was upset because the Veterans Administration only paid for half of his trainingThe day we received the money, he asked us to give him the money back and he was going to attend a different schoolVeterans know that it is against the law for us to inappropriate the funds, and that we must return the money to the VAHe called the VA and didn’t believe we reimbursed the funds because the VA customer service rep didn’t have the full status on his screen. I called the Director of the Veterans Administration and had her speak with Mr*** directlyShe told him that we had done everything we were supposed to do the very same day, even though we would have the right to wait weeks if we needed toWe went above and beyond! She also explained that the VA is a government operation, and as such, it may take weeks until he could request the funds be sent to another schoolHis frustration with the government made him leave a bad comment for our school when he did not even attend hereMr*** is happy now and realizes that we did our job just as we were supposed toWhat can he/we do to have this comment removed altogether? The Director of the VA will provide a letter of explanation as well, if necessary, proving that we responded within hours to provide a service that most school take weeks to process Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciatedMr*** says he did not know how to remove the negative comment Thank you SO much! *** ***

Review: The company stated to myself and the va that the price for tuition is $4300.0 0. The VA paid the school 1720.00. The school than told me that I have to pay the differance from $2000.00 before I can attend school and that tuition is $4500.00 So then I told them that I will not be attending that school due to not having the funds. They told me the will refund the money back to the VA. I stated ok and they also gave me a reciept stating the refund. When I called the VA. The VA informed me that they did not refunded the money and that before they can refund the money that they have to submit a diserollment form for me stating that I'm not attending that school. I have called the school and also went to the school about this and they have told me that their VA rep was not there and will not be there until the following week. After waiting for a week and a half I called and was put on hold for 35mins with no answer so I hung up and called back for them not answer any phone calls.Desired Settlement: To refund the money back to the VA and to submit my diserollment form.

Hi [redacted] We contacted Revdex.com in reference to this and thought the issue was resolved. We are trying to “resolve” this complaint by having it removed altogether. The “customer” will agree that we did nothing wrong. He was upset because the Veterans Administration only paid for half of his training. The day we received the money, he asked us to give him the money back and he was going to attend a different school. Veterans know that it is against the law for us to inappropriate the funds, and that we must return the money to the VA. He called the VA and didn’t believe we reimbursed the funds because the VA customer service rep didn’t have the full status on his screen. I called the Director of the Veterans Administration and had her speak with Mr. [redacted] directly. She told him that we had done everything we were supposed to do the very same day, even though we would have the right to wait weeks if we needed to. We went above and beyond! She also explained that the VA is a government operation, and as such, it may take weeks until he could request the funds be sent to another school. His frustration with the government made him leave a bad comment for our school when he did not even attend here. Mr. [redacted] is happy now and realizes that we did our job just as we were supposed to. What can he/we do to have this comment removed altogether? The Director of the VA will provide a letter of explanation as well, if necessary, proving that we responded within hours to provide a service that most school take weeks to process. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Mr. [redacted] says he did not know how to remove the negative comment. Thank you SO much! [redacted]
