Review: Requested priority service for Air Conditioning service. Had a scheduled service for a specific time frame and was suppose to receive, this was due to wife being 9 months pregnant. They had me on the schedule and then receptionist tricked me by promising me they would keep me on the schedule for today but still setting an appointment up for tomorrow if the weather did not clear up, and instead they cancelled my appointment for today and put me on for services tomorrow. There was a weather issue this morning, however weather was cleared up over an hour BEFORE the beginning of my appointment time (2:30pm-4pm) and they refused to honor the promise they gave to me for my appointment. I left a message with them to contact me and they have ignored my messages and now are screening my call and refusing to speak to me, but they answer the phone for my home warranty company.Desired Settlement: Negative reflection on Revdex.com record

We did have an appointment with [redacted] scheduled for 2:30-4 on September 9, 2013. That morning it was pouring rain and did not stop until 3PM. At 8:30AM I called [redacted] to let him know that we were rescheduling all appointments for the following day due to the weather. He refused to schedule an appointment for the following day so I called [redacted] whom dispatched the priority call to us. Their dispatch department called [redacted] and advised him that due to the weather we would not be able to come out on September 9th and that they could dispatch the call to another contractor but could not guarantee service on September 9th or 10th. [redacted] chose to stay with our company. I did call him back per [redacted] to make sure that he knew his appointment time for September 10th. He still was insisting that we come the same day. I did not trick him I set his appointment for September 10th between 2:30-4 as to that is when he gets home from work. He did call me in the afternoon but I was on the other line with the Home Warranty company about another customer. He called 8 times in 5 minutes. The message that he left was already addressed as I had scheduled his appointment for the following day. His job was completed on September 10th as scheduled. The temperature for September 9 was high 84 and low 73, September 10th high 85 and low 73.
