This airline is beyond predictableI fly with AA only because they are the only aircrafts that fly out of the local airport where I liveI am forced to use them for business purposes and they always have issuesI've filed several refunds and have always received money back from AS with zero apologiesI believe they know they are messed up and in turn, aren't surprised when someone submits a claim for refundPlanes are always grounded for mechanical/weather issues and I even had one grounded because they could not replace the crew in a timely mannerRidiculous! Here I sit AGAIN grounded for mechanical issuesI implore anyone who reads this, pay the extra couple bucks so you can increase your chances of actually getting out on time or at allAmerican Airlines needs to sell out to the highest bidder and cut their losesWorst airline ever!
