Of course, my side of the story is totally different, I sold ***, ***'s Husband a truck when he was working for my companyHe paid me couple of payment at the beginning, then I had to go overseas for family matter, and was suppose to continue to pay the payment every month, However, [redacted] and his wife [redacted] did not pay the payment for August, September, October and November, and He claimed that He paid [redacted] ( [redacted] ***) According to the financial statement that I have received from [redacted] , who is the Dealer and owner of [redacted] ***, and the same person that [redacted] and his wife [redacted] suppose to pay the money to, It was no record of those payments, please note that [redacted] and His Wife [redacted] are employees of [redacted] and they are my competitors in businessWhen [redacted] paid me I recorder every payment was made to me and he did too, So when he thought he finished paying for the car, he asked me for the title, but when I looked and the total payments it was not completedI asked [redacted] for the remaining balance at that time he told me that he paid the money to [redacted] ,( [redacted] ***)I showed [redacted] the payment record, and I told him to go and Talked to his Boss, and let his Boss turn the money to American Eagle So I can close the deal and give you the Title, [redacted] came to my shop and I showed him the record that he ( [redacted] gave me as payment for the truck in behalf of [redacted] and his wife, and he could not say anything other than he( ***) paid him but he forgot to record it, that time I asked Mr [redacted] ( [redacted] ***) to turn the payment to American Eagle to satisfied the remaining balance and He did, Mr [redacted] paid me the money that HE owe me, and I released the TitleI have all the original document to support my statement, with all the payment, and Mr [redacted] had aversion that was altered to show payment after the factSO what I think is happening, either Mr [redacted] and his wife trying to help their Bosses making their competitors look bad or they trying to get over my kindness to them considering that I never charge them for a late fee where they paid all the payment late, not only that but also miscalculated the missing payment and I only charged Mr [redacted] ( [redacted] ***) three payment instead of Four payment, which is the correct payment numberPlease note that [redacted] Carreno was working for [redacted] as a sales person and her husband still working there as a mechanicFinally, I will be happy to provide you with all the record shown the payment history Sincerely Joe

I took my car my car to this shop I am very satisfied and pleased, they have done a great job, my car was ready before time. I highly recommend this place for Hybrid Battery problems.

Review: I bout my car last year from Joe At American Eagle Auto Sales And Services llc. We Made a deal to do it in-house I was to pay a total of $5,000. I Gave him a $1,000 down and every month a payment of $300. After the down payment was given to Joe he had left and when over seas for a couple of months. The First payment was deposited in to his bank account by another employee of American Eagle and from there on payments were made to another employee of American eagle tell Joe got back in to the states. Then payment were made to him. When the last payment was made this month Joe had delayed in give me and my husband the title. Three weeks went by and after sever phone calls and visits he made my husband pay a extra $900. That was supposaly not given to him by the other employee before he would release the title. I don't understand why it is our fault the employee did not in put the payments right or give him what he was suppose to.. I Have my title but I ended up Paying $5900 for the truck.Desired Settlement: I don't think we should have had to pay the $900 that was paid. I have the title now. But it took a lot of fight and pulling teeth to get it.
