customer *** *** On April 8th 2017, American Eagle Auto Sales, sold a GMC Sierra PU to Customer *** ***, the vehicle had 42,miles at the moment of sale, A/C was not cold enough for customer and the dealership promised to perform a service on the truck to have the A/C blowing colder where customer would bring the car later, (see attached document), customer brought the vehicle back on April 20th for said service also stating that the truck left her stranded because the fuel pump was not working, by that moment the vehicle had 43,milesThe vehicle was inspected even though it was running and not under warranty anymore, “The seller hereby warrants that this vehicle will be fit for the ordinary purposes for which the vehicle is used for days or miles after delivery” American Eagle Auto Sales performed necessary services on the vehicle to have A/C working to customer’s satisfaction, regarding the fuel pump issue, since said pump was still working and not covered by the implied warranties, the dealership in order to help customer, offered to cover 75% of repairs which were $(parts and labor), if it was her desire to replace it to make her feel more comfortableAt the end customer only decided to leave the vehicle at our location because it was not starting but it was only a low battery even when we explained to her that all what she was doing was breaching of contract American Eagle Auto Sales is still willing to help our customer and she is welcome to come to the office to make an agreement as long as she sticks to the contract Sincerely; Manuel M*** General Manager American Eagle Auto Sales LLC Revdex.com Translation: Este documento es para explicar la situación del consumidor *** ***.En Abril 8, 2017, American Eagle Auto Sales, le vendió un GMC Sierra PU al consumidor *** ***, el vehículo tenia 42,millas al momento de venta, el aire acondicionado no estaba suficiente helado para el consumidor y concesionario prometió de realizar un servicio al carro para que el A/C sople aire mas helado, el consumidor llevaría el carro después, (ver documento agregado), el consumidor trajo el vehículo para tras en Abril 20, para el servicio diciendo que el carro la dejo varado porque bomba de combustible no estaba trabajando, a ese momento el vehículo ya tenia 43,millasEl vehículo fue revisado aunque estaba corriendo y lla no estaba bajo garantía, " El vendedor por la presente garantiza que este vehículo sea adecuado para los fines ordinarios para que el vehículo es utilizado para días o millas después de la entrega".American Eagle Auto Sales realizar los servicios necesarios en el vehículo para tener aire acondicionado trabajando a satisfción del cliente, respecto al tema de la bomba de combustible, ya que dicha bomba fue sigue trabajando y no cubiertos por las garantías del concesionario con el fin de ayudar al cliente, ofrecido para cubrir 75% de las reparaciones que fueron $(piezas y mano de obra) si esto era su deseo de sustituirlo para hacerla sentir más cómodaEl cliente al final sólo decidido dejar el vehículo en nuestra localidad, porque no estaba prendiendo , pero sólo era una batería baincluso cuando nos explicó que todo lo que estaba haciendo era incumplimiento de contratoAmerican Eagle Auto Sales está todavía dispuesto a ayudar a nuestros clientes y es bienvenida a venir a la oficina a hacer un acuerdo mientras ella esta siga la guías del contrato
