HelloAfter a thorough review of this file, we have confirmed that the title was indeed mailed to the consumer at the address on record Since we have not received the title back as "returned mail", it can only be presumed to be lost or somehow delayed in the mail We use the same title delivery system as does the Secretary of State - USPS first class mail, which is generally highly reliable We have also provided the consumer with a Lien Release letter that she may present to the Secretary of State's office along with a duplicate title request form if the original title does not eventually arrive Thank You

Hello. The legal fees in question were approved by the Chapter Bankruptcy court and are the sole responsibility of the consumer. Once we receive the pay off balance, the paid documents, including title shall be promptly mailed to the consumer. Thank you

HelloI have reviewed the payment history and collection activity on this account and found as follows: All payments that were received from the consumer were posted correctly and in a timely manner. Late charges were accrued whenever payments were not received within the standard
day grace period. The late fees that accrued were significant and we have already previously waived $as a gesture of goodwill. As a payment plan to pay the remaining late charge balance was recently agreed upon with the consumer, we consider this matter closed. There were no phone calls made to the consumer's references as alleged in the complaint. Thank You

Thank You for the inquiry. It is and has always been this bank's policy to mail all "paid" loan documents, including the cancelled contract, vehicle title, and any over payment to consumers upon payment in full. These documents are sent together, in one envelope. Since the consumer
actually received the title and all of our records indicate that the check was included in that envelop, the original check must be presumed to have been lost or misplaced by the consumer. There is no refund due to the consumer as the bank followed its procedures to the best of its ability

Hello. This debt stems from a deficiency balance that resulted after the sale of a repossessed vehicle. The debtor is currently repaying the deficiency via a previously agreed upon repayment schedule. The credit bureau reflects the correct information as to the actual payment

Ms. [redacted] contacted us last in November 2014 and according to our records intended to have follow-up discussions with us after looking into the matter on her end. We have not had the opportunity to have that follow up discussion with Ms. [redacted] and invite her to contact [redacted] Z. the manager of that department at XXX-XXX-XXXX, who can answer all her questions and provide any required documentation.

In reply, who is [redacted] Z., I was NEVER INVITED TO SPEAK WITH A [redacted] Z. Previously I spoke with a "[redacted]" His last Name was Refused to me !!! [redacted] supposedly the MGR. of that Department. I spoke with this [redacted] and asked him to high light in my contact where it is stated that I would be charged $300.00 for a Bankruptcy FEE. He Refused I ask for my Title he flat out told me "NO YOUR NOT GOING TO GET YOUR TITLE'. SINCE American Eagle Bank has stated in their reply confidentiality between myself and them, I authorize the Revdex.com full access to my Personal and financial information regarding this matter. can I send my contract to you to look over ? My lawyer that handled my Bankruptcy looked over it and stated "there's nothing in it that states a fee For handling a Bankruptcy" ,the Lawyer called the Bank and his phone call's to American Eagle Bank TO [redacted] were never ANSWERED OR a Call was never RETURNED to the attorney and he left messages too. I also sent the Bank a certified letter stating to send my title to me.
