I am rejecting this response because:This is not what I agreed toWhen I showed salesman what I had and want , did not happen as I was promisedYou were very aware that I was told by the company the made the units that if I tinted them my warranty would be voidHow can you say that it would notYour staff told me to call that #, how can you tell a lie and say you did not Know? these windows are not what I want and I have let others know how you have lied and now trying to say you did not

I have called these people during business hoursThe phone is either busy or dialing another numberI once contacted a person and she promised to take me off of the calling listThey called again the next dayI left a very frustrating voice mail hoping that they would back off calling meIf you will run their telephone numbers through the internet, you will see a large number of people with the same problemsWhat is the purpose of calling someone and then hanging up when they or their voice mail answersPeople block that number and then these predators change one digit and call the same number again until that number is blocked and then do the same thing againIf I was going to go over and do some damage to them, I would not call and leave it on a voice mailI am filing a claim with the consumer division of the Attorney General for the State of Texas and a claim in small claims courtThey can play that recording all they want but someone in authority is going to question why a person is pushed to such anger by the "hard working honest people." Verizon has a record of all phone calls and numbers from these peopleThey never erase them off of their serverWhen a court sees multiple calls a day very early in the morning or late at night, day after week after month after year, they may want to do something to stop this practiceThis has been going on for years and now I am going to call in every agency I can think of to make it stopI also want them to receive a heavy fineI will talk to the FCC who I also filed a complaint withLet them whine about a phone call all they wantI bet they get quite a fewThey cause trouble, break federal and state law and now want to play the innocent victim...give me a breakI want my complaint to stay on record as unresolvedIf they call again, I will not call back or go over there, I will just send the PoliceMaybe they will get the hint that 99% of the public do not want to be bothered by telemarketers, especially when they do not say a wordWhen someone repeatedly calls and hangs up, I take that as a threatLet the FCC rule on that one

They called and hung up on 12/18/I have never heard of their place until the calling startedI have given no permission either orally or writtenI have never been to their businessI am tired of blocking their myriad of numbersThey have not called since the date I listed, but I have several of their numbers blockedI am on the Federal and State do not call listI have in the past told their employees not to call again, or I would file a formal complaint and then have the same employee call me the next dayI want them fined and I will keep notifying agency after agency until something is done to stop these peopleThey will just keep calling no matter what if something is not doneRoom temperature IQ's do not understand proper business practicesThey need to learn the hard way

stated we have done our part and have not called him since we were notified on
the unwanted calls. His number is listed
on our do not call list as well as hung in everyone’s work stations. If any of our employees contact him they will
be terminated. We are a well-established
company that has been in business since creating a safe work environment for
people to make an honest living to support their families. We follow all guidelines put out by federal
and state government. We have done all
we can do to make Mr*** happy and have stopped calling him. There is nothing else we can do at this

We follow
all guidelines when calling homeowners.
We also have a Do not call list for the company. The only way we call people is if we are
given the number at the door or by human error.
We do not intentionally call and hang up on people if that happened we
do apologize
We are not here to upset
anyone or make anyone mad. We have
employees that are just trying to make an honest living If Mr*** would have called and spoke to
someone at the office during business hours we would have taken care of
the problem, However Mr*** called at 12:A.M. Our office is closed that time of night. He left a very threatening message (please
listen to attached audio file). He
stated “I’m gonna have to come out and do a prayer meeting with you. When you see the guy that 6”tall and
carrying a baseball bat you’ll know who it is.
He was abusive in his language as well.
He proceeded to say If I ever hear from you again I’ll be the worst news you've have ever heard of in your life, you will not want to see me coming and
you won’t see me coming mother F*er.
The full
message is in the attached file. He referred
to us as terrorist His message however
can be taken as a terroristic threat. We have not threatened, talked to him
personally or made any harmful statements to him. If we are not made aware of a problem we cannot
fix it. The first time we heard of a
problem was with Mr***s threatening message.
We have taken action to remove his number from any employee’s
hands

They did not do what they said. They called me after they were warned. Verizon has a record of this call. I want them fined and I will file other complaints until they are heavily fined. I will put in the question to Government Agencies as to why we have all of these do not call lists when they are completely ignored. That company had called me literally dozens of times and were warned by me to stop, yet they continued until I contacted Revdex.com and then they had the nerve to call again. I will not stop until they are fined or a restraint is put against their business license, or just pull it all together. All of these hard working Sunday school teachers they have working for them are repeatedly breaking the law. I will get  something going on the internet to see how many other people have been contacted against their wishes. I entered one of their phone numbers and found one site that had hundreds of complaints against them. I am not going to let this go.

If you call
our phone number ###-###-#### during normal business hours our receptionist
will answer the phone.  We have multiple
lines and do not intentionally change a number just to contact a homeowner.  In our business you have to have multiple
lines so everyone can work and make money to feed their families.  We don’t leave voicemail messages as a
courtesy, many homeowners don’t like listening to business voicemail unless it
is in direct need of something they are aware of.  We never call very early in the morning or
late at night.  Our call time hours are
12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.  Even the FCC says
we can call from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM but we do not want to disturb people at
that those hours.  So we keep it between
12:00 to 8:00.  We have a vast amount of
the public that are glad that we have called them because they in fact do need
our services.  We are sorry that Mr. [redacted]
cannot be made happy in this situation.  We have apologized To Mr. [redacted] that’s really
all we can do.  We have added him to our
no call list and each person calling has his number in front of them so they
don’t call.  We don’t use a system, we
don’t auto dial, we manually call people. 
As following the FCC guidelines.  We
have not turned his voicemail over to the police department or any federal
agencies, if they were to review it they would consider it a terroristic
threat, so we are leaving that alone.   We wish Mr. [redacted] the best of luck in his
endeavors.

This the first time I have heard of this and I don't know who told you that you would void the warranty that's not correct. The only thing that void warranty is negligence, vandalism, riots or civil disorder, acts of terrorism and acts of mother nature. All of this is explained in the warranty that...

was sent to you. You bought them if you want more tinted windows for privacy go for it, but you don't need it for energy efficiency or instead of tint you can put darker screens on them.
