They did not do what they saidThey called me after they were warnedVerizon has a record of this callI want them fined and I will file other complaints until they are heavily finedI will put in the question to Government Agencies as to why we have all of these do not call lists when they are completely ignoredThat company had called me literally dozens of times and were warned by me to stop, yet they continued until I contacted Revdex.com and then they had the nerve to call againI will not stop until they are fined or a restraint is put against their business license, or just pull it all togetherAll of these hard working Sunday school teachers they have working for them are repeatedly breaking the lawI will get something going on the internet to see how many other people have been contacted against their wishesI entered one of their phone numbers and found one site that had hundreds of complaints against themI am not going to let this go

If you call our phone number ###-###-#### during business hours our receptionist will answer the phone We have multiple lines and do not intentionally change a number just to contact a homeowner In our business you have to have multiple lines so everyone can work and make money to feed their families We don’t leave voicemail messages as a courtesy, many homeowners don’t like listening to business voicemail unless it is in direct need of something they are aware of We never call very early in the morning or late at night Our call time hours are 12:PM to 8:PM Even the FCC says we can call from 8:AM to 9:PM but we do not want to disturb people at that those hours So we keep it between 12:to 8: We have a vast amount of the public that are glad that we have called them because they in fact do need our services We are sorry that Mr [redacted] cannot be made happy in this situation We have apologized To Mr [redacted] that’s really all we can do We have added him to our no call list and each person calling has his number in front of them so they don’t call We don’t use a system, we don’t auto dial, we manually call people As following the FCC guidelines We have not turned his voicemail over to the police department or any federal agencies, if they were to review it they would consider it a terroristic threat, so we are leaving that alone We wish Mr [redacted] the best of luck in his endeavors

This the first time I have heard of this and I don't know who told you that you would void the warranty that's not correctThe only thing that void warranty is negligence, vandalism, riots or civil disorder, acts of terrorism and acts of mother natureAll of this is explained in the warranty that was sent to youYou bought them if you want more tinted windows for privacy go for it, but you don't need it for energy efficiency or instead of tint you can put darker screens on themThe windows installed in your house were the windows you signed for on our agreementIf you have any other questions just give us a call @ [redacted]
