Buyer beware! Hired this company after being recommended by my pool-service provider. The crew who came out in February 2016 ("My very best crew" according to sales person, [redacted] and installed the PVC fence posts crooked. They came back out and banged the posts into place in order to get final payment before posts bent back crooked. That is leaving gaps within slats where I can see into my neighbor's backyard. In August 2016, yard workers dented one of the posts so I called [redacted] back out and give me a quote on repair. While on the property, I also showed him a gate latch, which had come loose ("I've never seen that before," he said). I had to call and leave several messages before he finally left a quote in my mailbox in September 2016, and from that, I told him to put me on the list for repair. [redacted] told me that he wouldn't be able to get to me anytime soon but I agreed as long as he put me on his schedule. In November 2016, I came home one evening to find the latch hardware laying on the ground. I called and left several messages to report the hardware problem and ask where was I on the schedule for the repair. No call backs. One day around Thanksgiving I was lucky enough to speak with [redacted] on the telephone and he told me he would have someone out within the week to fix the hardware. As of today, January 22, 2017, I have heard nothing back from American Eagle Fencing on either the failed hardware or the quoted repair. Their Yellow Pages ad states, "All Work Guaranteed" - Yea, good luck with that.
