Review: My wife and I first ordered a curio cabinet from this company in person on Sunday the [redacted] of January. Upon completion of the sale we set up a delivery date for that next Friday. This seemed fast, and were very pleased that it would come that quickly. A day or two later we had to reschedule because of our work schedule. We called the company to reschedule for Saturday, and were assured that this was absolutely fine, and given a time slot of 10am to 2pm. That day the furniture company was a no show, no call. My wife called them around 3pm to find out what happened, and why we never got a call, and she was told that they were backed up due to weather and assured us that the piece would come the following Tuesday. Tuesday comes and goes, again with no show and no call. Now we are getting a bit upset but are assured it will arrive the following week after we return from vacation. Thursday the [redacted] of February they arrive with the piece (an hour late with no call) but the mirror in the curio cabinet is cracked fully down the middle. I ask them to please fix this or get us a new one as I will not accept a broken piece of furniture. They took it back, and assured me it would be fixed and delivered by Saturday. Saturday, again no show, no call. Wife calls, and again, they push back to Tuesday. No calls from the company until we call them Wednesday, we set up another delivery date of Saturday the [redacted] Saturday we call to verify delivery, and are told piece is not ready. Someone suggests we come in for a refund, to swipe the original card. I explain that this was a gift, and that my mother bought it for us on a trip down from Maine. We should not have to swipe a card for money to come back to us. Also, we really liked the cabinet we ordered and think we should receive it. They said the following Saturday (today) we would definitely get the curio. Today, I called to confirm delivery (as they have never called us) and was told the piece was still not ready. I was told to wait until Tuesday or Wednesday again. I do not believe them. I feel as if we have been taken advantage of. They have horrible communication with us, and are very rude we call them.Desired Settlement: I would like my curio cabinet delivered. I would love a discount for the inconvenience (days we have left work early, taken off completely) and trouble they have caused us while waiting for the delivery. I would like some sort of penalty levied against them in some way for unethical business practices.

Review: I was placed an order for 3 Furnitures from This store on 12/**/2014. They should deliver it on Friday 01/**/2015. But I had no call from them the mentioned day and did call the sales person "Frank" and got no reply. Next morning I called them and a sales person named "Luies" told me they will deliver those item on Saturday 01/**/2015 by 8pm. I was waiting all day at home and finally disappointed again. Then I start searching reviews on google about the Store and was shocked when I found the reviews on [redacted]). Then I called my bank to dispute the transaction. But they "Seller" replied to the bank that I refused to accept the delivery; in fact they did no contact to me about the delivery till I disputed the transaction. Mr. F[redacted] he called me and ask me about the delivery and I replied I don't need them (as one of the review state that they deliver different item from the one the buyer order) and as a contract I have to pay them 40% of total purchased amount i;e; $525.00. I paid $25.00 cash on 12/**/2014 and rest $500.00 by my Citi Credit card on 12/**/2014. But it's been almost 7 months I haven't got my money back yet. Last I contact to Luies on June [redacted] 2015 and I mention I would have no option except going to Police. Then Mr. L[redacted] replied me very rudely that I would go to anywhere for getting my money back.

I'm paying each month interest on my $525.00. Even the bank told me to contact Mr. F[redacted] but when ever I called he never replied.

So I have no way except asking your favour to get my money back. I know according to the contract I have to pay 40% cancellation fee but I ask you why they are giving me such trouble to return my money.Desired Settlement: I'm asking to get refund if possible my full money as I have to wait more than 7 month for no reason. other wise 60% money back and the interest I paid for no reason for last 5 months.

Review: It has been been few weeks and I still did not get all merchandise I ordered. I had paid in full at the time when I placed the order. I am given the run around for the last few weeks that they will deliver my product today every time I call them. I am over ** and I do not drive. I would have to take a bus to go to the store and I did that once because they were not delivering my furniture. Salesman [redacted] handles all orders and it looks like he preys on people who are vulnerable. I would really appreciate if you would help get me my furniture I paid for in full. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I would want my furniture as soon as possible.

Review: The only thing this "business" is good at is stealing your money. I walked into this establishment on 6/**/15 to purchase a kitchen table set. I was helped by a "nice" man, Tony, who verbally and in writing guaranteed that my furniture would be delivered on Tuesday, 6/** after 5 pm, as time was of the essence. The sole purpose of purchasing this furniture on the spot and paid in full, was based on Tony's guarantee that my furniture would be delivered on Tuesday after 5:00 pm. Today, Tuesday, I left work early to wait for the scheduled delivery - that never came. I called the store and Edgar answered the phone. He told me "Oh oops they didn't call you yesterday?; the furniture won't be delivered today, maybe thursday, I don't know." So, trying to resolve the issue, I asked if I could have some sort of discount, as I now would have to take another day off from work. He gave me the most disgusting attitude and said "There's nothing I can do, cancel your credit card and dispute the charge". Then, he ridiculed me and told me I do not know how to read a contract. After screaming at me and told me no one could help me - he hung up the phone. I called back and Louis picked up the phone and, again, I got disrespected and was given the same story. He told me he was the store manager and the owner was out of the country. He offered a $50.00 store credit and to fire Edgar. I tried to resolve the issue and try to meet me half way, but was unsuccessful. I told him I did not want anyone to get fired because ultimately, that doesn't solve my problem. I was screamed at, disrespected, ridiculed, and nothing was resolved. I tried to call back several times, but no one would answer the phone. The only solution this "business" could offer me at the end was to "cancel my credit card and dispute the charge." This was said to me in a sarcastic tone, as if there was no way I was ever getting my money back. I was rushed into signing the contract and had no opportunity to read the back the backofthecontraDesired Settlement: I want a full refund of my purchase, as they did not perform their end of the bargain. The back of the contract states that "delivery times and dates are estimated, not guaranteed," however, on the front of my contract Tony wrote "Tuesday after 5 pm." Nonetheless, I called my bank to dispute the charge. It would be quicker for the "business" to refund my order, rather than wait months for the bank to do so. This business needs to be investigated. They are shady and are thieves.

Review: I purchased a full metal bed frame on 10/**/2015. I was told my delivery was going to arrive the following Saturday on 10/**/15, however they never came. The following day a man picked up the phone and said he would deliver the bed on Monday 10/**/15. The man who's name is Tony informed me to call after 11 am on 10/**/15. I called numerous times and he reported the delivery men were on there way. They never came, I was given a receipt and the total price for the bed is 233.11. I also forgot to mention I called them a numerous amount of times on 10/**/2015 and a young man answered the phone and also reported he was on his way. On 10/**/2015 I waited the entire day for my delivery and they NEVEr came. At this point I'm growing restless as I am 62 years old and need a good nights sleep in order to wake up energized for work. I've tried to reach out to their phone number however every time I call the number is forwarded and they don't answer call, except when I block it. Please help!Desired Settlement: I would like to recieve my full metal bed frame and if not would like to recieve my money back!
