referenced case number with account number ending in [redacted].  Our records indicate that we issued Ms. [redacted] a loan in the amount of $450 on...

2/12/2015. As of today, we have
not yet received any payment for this loan from Ms. [redacted]. As a courtesy, we
are willing to waive all finance, late and NSF fees and settle the loan for the
principal amount of $450.
 
We take
very seriously any complaint received from our customers and we have a zero
tolerance policy towards inappropriate behaviors. When receiving cease and
desist requests from our customers, our policy is to no longer call them at
that number. We have no records that the customer had requested not to receive
calls at work.  To rectify this matter,
the work phone number has been blocked in our system. As a result, Ms. [redacted]
will no longer receive calls from her place of employment going forward.
 
Our goal at
Bright Star Cash is to provide excellent customer Service to our clients at all
times, and we will continue working with them to ensure customer satisfaction.

We are in

account number ending in 0987. Our records indicate that we issued Mr. [redacted]
[redacted] a loan in the amount of $400 on 12/09/2015. As of today, we have not
yet received any payments for this loan from Mr. [redacted]. As a courtesy, we
are willing to waive all finance, late and NSF fees and settle the loan for the
principal amount funded of $400, which will result of Mr. [redacted] paying back
only the actual amount that he borrowed.
In addition, as clearly indicated in its website disclaimers
and the loan documents executed by Mr. [redacted], Bright Star Cash is a tribal
limited liability company established by and for the Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake
Superior Chippewa Indian Community pursuant to tribal law.  Both our
website and your loan documents explain this fact clearly.  As a sovereign
enterprise, Bright Star Cash is not subject to state regulation.
By signing the Loan Agreement, Mr. [redacted] agreed to the
application of Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indian Community
law. Mr. [redacted] agreed to comply with all of the terms and conditions of the
Loan Agreement upon execution. Bright Star Cash relied upon his representations
in good faith and approved the loan based upon such representations.
