I hired American Eagle Limousine Services for my Birthday Outing on March The Staff were Fantastic They explained in detail what I would be receiving for my Evening, and WOW did they deliver The Party Bus was just what everyone wanted It was spacious and very clean And our Driver, MrRobert, was Top-Notched of the individuals in my Group are already asking me to plan their upcoming Events Thanks American Eagle Limousine for making my Birthday Party the “Best”

The bus was waiting for us at our pickup location earlyThe driver was extremely friendly and got us to our destination and back safely

Our party bus experience was great for Memorial Day weekendIt was my sister birthday and she throughly enjoyed herselfWe had the South Beach BusIt look good from the outside and on the inside and we like how spacious it was

When renting party buses in DC, American Eagle is my go to company! Great buses, awesome serviceI would use them again in a heartbeat! Also, my roommate one time lost her phone on the bus and they were able to return it the next day! Highly recommend them!

I loved their service and the busI am already using them again!

I have spoken to [redacted] regarding the overtime charges and although I am sorry that she is upset that she was charged overtime, the charge is valid as the customer's contracted drop off time was scheduled for a.mand the customer did not get dropped off until 2:a.m Again, the contract is very clear in the amount of overtime that will be charged, should overtime occur as well as the fact that overtime is charged according to the GPS Tracking Report The customer's allegation that we may have modified the tracking report is absurd as the tracking is provided by a 3rd party company and we simply have the ability to pull up the tracking reports provided by their company and not make modifications to the report The tracking report clearly indicates, again, that the customer did not leave the DC area until 1:a.mand that is certainly not enough time to make it back to the [redacted] area by a.m The overtime charge will not be waived

I highly recommend using American Eagle bus servicesThe staff was very helpful and they exceeded my expectationsThe quality of the bus was great too!

Limo was not in good shape on the outside -- had a huge crack on the doorDriver was busy soliciting the basketball team for rides that stayed at our hotel and my groom had to walk across the street and knock on the window to get his attention for pickupDriver was very politeLimo was okThis is not a service that I should have tried to save onI regret not doing more research and booking elsewhere

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: When I spoke with Mary A [redacted] , she advised that we were on the bus at 1:45, but the driver had not taken off until 1:(Please pull telephone conversation that is recorded)I find it conflicting that NOW it's being reported that we did not leave until 1:It is miles from DCGenerally, minutes equate to one mile per minuteMary ACKNOWLEDGED that there was traffic on our commute back, but because we left DC at 1:not 1:56, that we wouldn't have arrived back in timeWho is she to determine that? Due to the traffic, one cannot say whether or not the bus would not have made it back to Tyson cornerBecause of the change of story (again, the phone call should be reviewed because now there are discrepancies;which should make the contract null and voidEspecially if they modified the GPS report to reflect the fabricated time in their responseThis company is unethical, and I have noticed many complaints toward this company regarding ridiculous overage fees Regards, [redacted] ***

Our driver, Carl, had printed out directions for the entire trip, from ***, provided by the office When arriving at the customer's pilocation one of the members of the group discussed with the driver that he had a better route than the route *** indicated and said he would give
him the directionsAt that point, the driver had no choice but to follow the instructions provided by the member of the party in order to ensure he was taking their preferred route A thorough review of the tracking report indicates that the driver was off course between the first winery and the second winery by only minutes The customer did not leave the second winery in time to make it back to their drop off location on time They left with only minutes to make it to their drop off by the contracted p.mdrop off time but *** indicates it should take a minimum of minutes not to include any traffic -- their return route was to either take or -- both known to experience traffic on a Saturday! have recorded conversations between *** *** and my staff member where he indicates initially that he was happy with the driver and the services we provided and he knew he went into overtime but requested that we reduce the overtime rate When we pointed out that it was on his contract then he said the driver got lost We spoke to the driver, reviewed the GPS Tracking reports and matched up the time on the recording from the bus - we saw only the minute delay mentioned previously and at no point did the driver tell the customers that he was lost and they would not be charged (all activities in and on the bus are recorded) as *** *** indicated During another conversation with him he became irate and said that he wanted the cash tip that he gave to the driver to be returned because he "only gave him that much because I didn't think he was going to charge me overtime." (his words) When it was pointed out to him that it is in the contract that the driver cannot waive the overtime, he hung up Again, all calls between *** *** and my staff have been reviewed and the only time a staff member became "defensive" was when *** ***'s story changed numerous times and she attempted to point that out The customer was aware he went into overtime, he was aware of the overtime rate and he acknowledged that Overtime is clearly stated on the contract as well as the trip ticket and also reviewed with the customer when his trip was being confirmed We will not waive overtime as it was at no fault of American Eagle Limousine or our driver - the customer did not leave the winery in time

American Eagle was a pleasure to work with! We had no problems and will continue to work with them My friend Lucy introduced me to the company, and it's great

When you made your reservation with our company you reserved the party bus from p.mto a.m- the representative, Mary, explained that our driver "usually try to arrive about minutes prior to the pitime in order to go over paperwork and review the bus" - the driver arrived at your
pilocation at 8:p.mper the GPS Tracking Report for the vehicleYou also confirmed this information when you spoke to the supervisor You had, in fact, requested the silver bus and Mary explained that she would put the silver bus in as your requested vehicle but that we do not guarantee colors in case another trip goes into overtime or if there are any mechanical problems Additionally, this information is detailed in the contract that you signed (see #on the contract terms and conditions.) The driver had completed all paperwork with you and was ready to leave the pilocation by 9:p.mAt 9:p.myou and your group were all on the bus and you gave the driver your phone to take pictures - thus causing the bus to not actually get the trip started until 9:p.m Your reservation at your first location was scheduled for 9:p.mbut the location was an hour + from your pilocation (which Mary advised when she made the reservation with you that you would need more time than what you had scheduled to get from your pito the first stop and you told her that you knew what you were doing) En-route to your first stop, your group had to stop to use the restroom, setting the trip back another minutes You arrived at your stop at 10:p.mWhen you called the 800#, after hours, you advised the representative that you were interested in having more time added to your reservation, to which you were advised that the driver would be able to accommodate your request and that payment would be handled with the office on Monday for the overtime Per your contract, the overtime rate for the party bus is $- it is noted in different areas on the contract as well as Mary re-confirming this information with you when she confirmed your reservation Again, per your contract, your drop off time was scheduled for a.m- you were advised that if you went into overtime you would be automatically charged the $overtime charge (as stated on the contract.) On Monday, the accounting department attempted to charge your credit card the overtime charge and it was declined When you were contacted to discuss payment you began to complain about the services When you were asked how you wished to handle the overtime payment, you stated that you didn't have the money and asked if you could pay half When you were advised that payment of the overtime, in full, was required you became irate and we were unable to continue any conversation Our attorney will be contacting you to determine how you wish to proceed with the overtime fee that is due.
We wont be refunding money to the account since it was declined and we were unable to charge an amount that is actually due!

Great way to celebrate your birthday in style on one of American Eagle Party bussesThere is plenty of space to dance, drink and just sit back and enjoy the sceneryWhat better way to do so by allowing a professional drive you and your guest around to the destination of your choiceMy party bus had plenty of space, nice interior, pretty lights and comfortable seatingWe were also able to use the blue tooth to listen to our own music

Used their shuttle services for a big concert event we had to transport the artists It was a smooth and headache free processThank you so much

Exceptional ServiceDriver was very nice and accommodating to our requestsVery reliable and timely

I had a great experience with AEL! Our driver was on time both times picking us up, the bus had drinks and ice which was an awesome plus, the music was loud to keep the party going and our driver was very professional and nice! I recommend this to anyone!

The service the company provided was excellent The drivers were accommodating and very nice They had great customer service and I would definitely recommend them to others

The service was great. The driver was very friendly and helpful. The bus picked us up in a timely fashion. The atmosphere was superb. I would highly recommend.
