To whom it may concern:We have responded very quickly to this issue, customer had originally reached out on Thursday asking for a refund or to speak to a suproviosir- she was asked to call on Friday- she called and left a message- we responded Saturday morning- because of procedural issues that
weren’t done - we agreed to a refund of $588, and promised that it would be done the next business day, Monday Janruary 8, we refunded the amount of $on Sunday Janruary 7- we are asking this complaint be closed and sealed. American Eagle Plumbing
