Review: [redacted] came and provided me with a quote on 6/15 ( I was not home) for my roof. He called to tell me what he found and what the cost woudl be I told him that I would need to speak with my fionce and get bck to him no later than Monday. He then proceeded to call me several times both Saturday and Sunday and requested that he come over and show us what he found and guaranteed that no one would do the job as well as he could and for the price. The price chnaged from 1800.00 on Saturday to 2200.00 on Sunday. He then said he woudl require half up front and the remainder at completeion of the job. He said that he woudl be at my home the following day to do tthe work as I told him there was water coming into my home. He told me that it woudl be a days work and that I would be satisfied. He then called me on Monday to say that it would cost another 75.00 and and that the materials he needed would not be in the local office for him until after 3, that he didnt want to drive ALL the way to Middletown to pick them up nd if that woudl be ok. I then told him that I was not happy that the price seem to be increasing daily and that I needed a better understanding why. Initially I went through his n=business manager and told him what my issue was AND I also told Mr [redacted] that the roof was flat and that others had told me that it needed to be taken off and a pitch added. he told me NO he woudl add this rubber stuff that woudl cost me he additional 400.00 on Sunday and this way it would not be as costly as taking off roof and adding pitch. He promised to be at my home first thing Tuesday ad the job woudl be completed by end of day. He was here dropped off materials never returned or called to advise me of changes. I was finally able to talk to his silent partner and found out that he has issue with his workers. I asked for a refund because he promised job would be done on Monday and then Tuesday and then nothing. He is not reliable and seemed to have been on something.

Desired Settlement: I want a full refund. There was much more to this issue that I wasn't enough room to put in the complaint area. VERY unprofessional even with his staff and I advised his business manager of that as well.
