5 years on this job. The job is outside its warranty.When the
[redacted] contacted us about problems with the roof both me and my foreman inspected the roof and determined that the vents were damaged, probably due to manufacturing problem. We were going to replace them even though the roof was out of warranty and I had no record of her being my customer. Until the home owner became belligerent and started demanding a new roof. She became less pleasant and we broke of contact with her.She does not have a contract with my company.She is not the person we were working with on the job.
