Not a reputable company. They care very little for the residential buildings they rent out. Same for their business properties too. They are slow on response and do very little to fix any problems you have in the building. The hallways are rarely ever cleaned, the air conditioners and heaters in the hallways are NEVER on, and lawn care is extremely minimal.

I rented a property with 5 other people from June 1, 2013-May 25, 2014. I did not resign the lease for the coming year but the other roommates did along with one other person. I have requested my damage deposit and American Edge refuses to give it to me. I have been told I need to talk to the other renters to get it. I asked American Edge to tell me exactly what steps I need to take to get my damage deposit back and they have hung up the phone on me 3 times.

American Edge is the worst realtor I've ever encountered. I rent from this company and there was a house fire in the home I rent from them just about 3 weeks ago. They have been to the house 2 times since the fire. I called them to find out how they plan on fixing the house and they tell me they don't know. I ask when they plan on starting to fix the gaping hole in the house and they don't give me an answer. Today I called them 3 times and they hung up on me all 3 times and only gave me very vague answers. I put a maintenance request in over a month ago for our oven that doesn't work and they still haven't fixed or replaced it. Due to the fire we lost power in one of our bathrooms and in our kitchen and they have not addressed it at all. The way they never come around Osama Bin Laden would have never been found if he was hiding in an American Edge home.
