notified Mr*** when we were over the property from 9/1/to 4/5/roughly,
we talked with Mr*** and his wife multiple times during this period,we
repaired a few items for them during this time, their house was the nicest of
any congress avenue Ilc owns, we do not know what he is talking about at this
timeAlso he lives right across the street from the property owners fathers
carlot, I know this might be asking to much of Mr*** to walk across the
street to find out who the new property manager is for his house, on the date
that we stopped working for congress avenue LLC his house was not in disrepair
Any further correspondence for congress avenue Ilc, should go to
Crawfordsville road,lndianapolis, IndianaAs to his problem with his shower we
used tub and tile caulk and silicone, approved methods if water is going to
be coming into contact, but like most tenants they do not follow the
instructions you give them, our maintenance man told them not to run water in
the shower for hours to allow sealant to set up properly, pretty sure they
did not do thisAnd he probably did not inform you that they could not follow
simple instructions on how to pay their rent and they were almost months

Ms. [redacted] had a first payment due date of 1/10/16. She had that payment plus 2/10/16, 3/10/16 and now 4/10/16. She made a minimum monthly payment of $25.00 on 3/8/16 and another on 3/31/16 and no others. Technically she is still two months behind with her missed April payment and the system...
recognizes her as such. If she makes her April payment by the end of the month I will override the system and change her status to Repayment Current.
