On august we fixed all her complaints and she told us that she loved her chairs and she was going to drop the complaint

On May 14, we contracted with Crown Upholstery, *** *** *** *** **, to reupholster four swivel dining room chairsWe had purchased four yards of material for the job that had cost us $but they said it was not enough material for the job and that they would have to order more material; but they would take two of the chairs, plus the four yards of material I had purchased, to work on and then would return those two chairs and pick up the other two chairs when they received the ordered materialAt this time they said they required a down payment of $which we paid to them with a check.We had told them this would work as we could get by with two chairs for a couple of weeksWe called them the end of June and told them we were expecting out-of-town company on July 20, and that we really needed our chairs to be completedWe were told that wasn't a problem, we would have themWe actually had to make many calls before they returned the two chairs they had "completed" on July 11, at which time they asked for $for the two completed chairs.We soon discovered that the two chairs they had returned to us were totally unacceptable so I called them on the telephone and told them they were unacceptable and that we wanted to come to their business location to discuss it with themThey did not want to let us come there but told us our satisfaction was their biggest priority and that they would make everything right for us.Well, here it is July 18, and we have not heard a word from them and we do not have our $material we purchased, nor do we have two of our four chairs that we can sit onThe two chairs they supposedly upholstered cannot be sat on because the back cushions would rip outIt was obvious they didn't know what they were doing.Please, please help usMy husband and I are and respectively and are unable to deal with these people ourselvesWe will be most appreciative to you if you can.Sincerely,*** * *** ***

On May 15 I went out and picked up two chair and explained to her that we are to weeks outs also explained to her that she did not have enough fabric that I had to order more fabric from joannSo on July 19th I picked up all chairs and had them back to them on July because she had
company coming On July 20th they seemed pleased with the finish project
