I've provided a copy of the email exchange between [redacted] and our Meetings Director, Robert S [redacted] This refund was delayed for [redacted] because she sent the request while our entire AERA staff was in San Antonio hosting our Annual MeetingBy the time Robert S [redacted] was able to get to this, it was already May 30, and on that day a refund was issued for $480.00.Per the email exchanges [redacted] was supposed to rescind her complaint, but maybe that paperwork fell thru the cracksJust the same, I've also provided the Registration Statement showing she was refunded for her full registration fee on 05/31/17.Sincerely, Norman T [redacted] Director of Finance and Administration

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me We did come to a satisfactory resolution months after the conference weekend. I tried to rescind my complaint, however, I could not locate a section where that option was available on the Revdex.com site. It simply said the next step would be to reach out to the business, thus I was not able to void the complaint at that point.We are all satisfied here, and appreciate the actions of the Revdex.com very much for their time and assistance
