To whom it may concern What Mr [redacted] failed to report is that the electric for his post light did not come from where he said it did, so the technician traced the wire to the correct location which took time, upon doing so found his light fixture was the problem not the underground wire like Mr [redacted] thoughtSo what he did was left the technician sitting at his home while he went to a local store to buy a new light fixture which took additional time that was not part of our original estimate for our technician to wait for him to return with a new light fixture The extra cost he was given was to install a new fixture if it was already on the job site while the technician was thereTo expect for any contractor to pay their employee out of their own pocket while a customer goes shopping is unreasonableMr [redacted] was given a reasonable and fair price for the work that was performedMr [redacted] was charged $for a service call and $for locating the underground wire, finding the problem, waiting on the customer to go buy a new fixture and installing the new fixtureThe cost of $he is referring to is if a technician was sent to just replace the post light without the troubleshooting and the waitingI am sorry he feels cheated but he is not being realistic with his requests.Thank you [redacted] ***
