We are terribly sorry that the insurance carrier raised your premium, unfortunately the home owner never communicated with our office and there is no way that the insurance carrier would pay us with out the owner knowing due to the fact that the owner has to sign a proof of loss which states what will be paid out to which vendor for the services preformed down to the exact penny. The residential claim is no different from a car accident claim some one crashes in to you and you file a claim then your carrier goes after the one who was liable and thats what happened here the carrier is not gonna make you aware that they were paid its just an excuse for them to raise your premium, Once again if any of our clients have questions our phones are answered 24 hrs a day 7 days a week by a live person so that theres no reason for confusion and for immediate service  thank you

We have tried to since reach the home owner and we have not been able to make contact. Our records show that we were hired by the home owner and that the insurance carrier verified that the work was complete our invoice was more than what the insurance carrier paid out we don't understand why the...

home owner would like for us to give her the proceeds for which the job was completed and inspected in order to get paid from the insurance carrier especially now 3 years later

I did not hire this company.  They responded to a fire at my neighbor's home. That same night they told me some damage will be handled by my neighbor's insurance. I asked several questions and they assured me that I wouldn't be charged anything.  I never realized they billed my insurance.  My insurance company also never contacted me to verify claim.

Review: Neighbors who resided in building next door to my house, had a fire. The fire caused smoke damage in my building. American Emergency Service was on site with the neighbors and came to my house to ask if I needed there services, which I would not be responsible for since the neighbors were accountable. American emergency services, came into my building and cleaned what was needed. Approximately 2 month later, I received a bill for total services that was done in my building. American emergency service, then indicated to me that I was liable for the bill, since the neighbors insurance refused to pay them. I informed them that the bill indicated service for rooms that don't exist, for services that were not done (example billed for water extraction, I had had no water damage). They didn't respond, they said bill is correct, they are charging me $17,991.28. I contacted my insurance company and they indicated that the bill was outrageous, that according to there calculation and visit of property the amount they say is payable is $3,707.23 according to there adjuster. My insurance adjuster, indicated that I contact you (Revdex.com), and inform you of there overcharging outstanding bill.Desired Settlement: I'm not disputing that there is a payment due and will pay what the adjuster indicates, but I don't feel that I should be taken advantage of after I was told I was not liable and now being overcharged.

I did receive my china closet and dinning room table, on 11/*/2013 I am still missing my kids toys and some clothes.

Response:

After reviewing our file, the consumer must review the inventory list which the insurance company had sent to her, toys are NOT to be stored, they are replaceable due to safety concerns with children using toys that have been contaminated. We never packed or stored any toy. Moreover, we do not store clothes either. Usually, the public adjuster on the claim will contact specialized dry cleaners to have all clothing / cloth items appropriately cleaned. I will be contacting the public adjuster to see if they took clothing to the cleaners.

Thank you

Review: This company responded to a fire at my neighbor's home. After they spoke with them they came to my home and offered a smoke cleanup which will be billed to my neighbor’s insurance. Later I found out that they billed my home owner's insurance for $6,607.06. This is fraud. I need this company to repay this claim.Desired Settlement: This company should be forced to repay to me or the insurance company for their fraudulent charges.

Review: My building had a fire and one of their employees pretended to be part of city emergency services to sell their services. There business is based on fooling distressed tenants or building owners to sign up for their services unwittingly. They are dishonest at best and illegal at worse. After understanding that they were a commercial enterprise, I declined their services, but this early morning they called me and attempted further to sell me their services. This nearly constitutes harassment. I would like the to stop contacting me and have them garnered in some way.Desired Settlement: Stop contacting me and the tenants in my building. [redacted].
