In regards to the complaint by [redacted] : Our company has been in constant contact with Mrand Mrs [redacted] We had conversations about this issue on several occasionsWe have went over to there home on occasions alreadywe are know waiting on a written statement from there HVAC company to move forward with there caseI have spoken to MS [redacted] about this on Friday the 18th of NovThe issue will be handled in a timely fashion
