Therefore, I went ahead and filed a complaint wit the credit card company I paid American Enterprise Group with.
I still would like to hear from the company as to why the they would not return any of my 25 plus phone calls and many emails.

Review: I bought and paid for 3 items. all of the items were at a great price happy about that. I was charged two extra times, both charges were fixed. Now I have called and emailed multiple times to check the status nothing more and I haven't heard a thing. called emailed nothing.Desired Settlement: all I want is a phone call on the status and a delivery date. I will need this in the next 72 hours or I will have to do a charge back.

Review: I purchased a new swimming pool heater and pump on 2/12/15. Items were never delivered. Made numerous attempts to contact them. They finally had me contact a Manager named "Jeff" at [redacted]. He told me he would handle this and the items would be shipped to me in about a week. Since then, I have called him many time and now I get a message that his voicemail is full and not accepting new messages. I have left probably 30 messages at their 800 number [redacted], and they refuse to call me back. I have all the email correspondence and phone call logs.Desired Settlement: I would like to hear from the company and explain to to me what happened to my order and why they won't contact me. I would also like to get a refund to my credit card (plus interest for two months).

Review: I ordered a Pentair CC150, 160317 Clean & Clear Cartridge Pool Filter from Wholesalepoolstore.com, which is part of American Enterprise Group LLC, on 2/28/2015 and still have not received my order despite a delivery promise within 2 weeks. I have attempted to contact the company through their posted phone numbers (800) 275-5931, (901) 300-8572 and (951) 297-9300 at least 100 times with no response. No one has answered the phone and they have not returned my numerous messages. I have also attempted to contact them through their websites with no success.Desired Settlement: Immediate delivery of the order or an immediate refund if they cannot deliver immediately.

Review: I ordered some motors, paid $785.46. They could not get them to me in a timely manner. I canceled the order and was told the refund was processed March 5th. I have contacted the seller numerous times. They respond that they have processed the refund but as of today, nothing.Desired Settlement: Refund

Review: I placed an verbal order with a representative of American Enterprise Group on March 3, 2015. They promptly charged my credit card for almost $3000. I never received the items and they do not answer phone calls, return voicemails or emails. I just called my credit card company to dispute the charges. Terrible customer service or just a scam??

Review: On March 18, 2015, I contacted American Enterprises and ordered an Aquarite T-cell 15 for a total cost of about $335. The representative processed my order and charged my card and advised 3-5 business days for delivery. I received my invoice (#125360) and have not received the product. I have called everyday since March 25th and only get voicemail. I have left at least 7 messages for them to contact me and sent 3 emails. My credit card company has also tried to contact them on my behalf.Desired Settlement: I need a rush order of the product or a refund. This product is for a pool and I live in an area where the temps are already in the 90s and I have to supplement with chlorine until I get the product. I can't order a new one from another company, not knowing the status of this one.
