Provide insurance products that they don't honor...had a horrible experience with them where it took them over 18 months to deny my claim.
Review: When I applied for American Express Zync Card, return protection was listed as part of the benefits in Terms and Conditions, and shortly I received a brochure that reconfirms that AMEX Zync card has this benefit. Today I was denied to use the benefit because I was told that the Zync did not have this feature by a supervisor from AMEX Assurance company. But, as of today, I could still find an AMEX web page on internet that clearly lists return protection as part of Zync's benefits, and I have never received a notice of termination of this benefit since I opened this account. I am deeply disappointed at AMEX for this "Bait and Switch" practice.Desired Settlement: Honor return protection for my zync card just for this time
