I am rejecting this response because: Owner has said this for months and has not taken time to look through the boxes he says he needs to.I would be satisfied if he just took the time , found my radio and cable and gave them back to me

First and foremost when the factory does not have parts Rush Electronics is not responsible for the time frame The parts came in the set ran he picked it up and it did die he brought it back I ordered the same parts quess what the same problem no parts available takes more waiting The
new part was installed instantly burned up caused by a shorted screen I gave him $dollars back I had over $in parts out of pocket As to the things he was told prior to August I had no knowledge of, although the young man he dealt with was fired for lying to customers I had to clean up a huge mess And at the end of this problem Just a note here my competitor has a six week back log before any thing is looked into, I am at three to five days As to his wanting me to pay for a new tv, that is the same as if he had an issue with his car and the mechanic found his engine was blown and he insists the mechanic buy him a new car I will pay him any more and he needs to understand the set failed because his screen shorted the repair was done properly The tech that did the original work just did not let the set run in test to my satisfaction *** ***Boise, Id,

As I have told him I am looking for his radio I have had two techs that have been fired and all we did is clean their benchs and put things in a box or two still have a lot to look throughI will find his stereo and cable and as soon I do he will be notified Jay Y***Rush Electronics

I am very surprised to hear that [redacted] admits calling Rush Electronics 27 times on Monday November 16th, 2015. I had to call the police about this phone harassment that interrupted my business so rudely. He should be charged of a crime for this and...

still may be.
Another person named [redacted] brought the item, a Pioneer mid controller, into my shop for repair, not [redacted], on 9-29-2015. [redacted] is a friend of the customer and not the customer. He is telling lies about many things in his statement.
[redacted] only needed a $27 part (shipping included) but Pioneer would only sell me the whole circuit board for $280. The smaller part was on back order from the manufacturer in China. I cancelled that order after [redacted] disturbing calls trying to intimidate me into giving him information about [redacted] electronic item. I will return it to the customer unfixed at no charge. [redacted] is not welcome on my property. I fear that he may be mentally ill and a danger to himself and others.
