According to contract # Mass Reg***, The original contract was not complete because the owner came out and bribed us for $in which we accepted.It was for our troubles, the storm door was not installed and incomplete trimwork on the projectHowever the owner wrote a new contract to have the incomplete work doneIn which he would have a contractor come to our house and complete the jobIt has been weeks an no contractor has come to our house and fix this issueAnd they have not given any phone calls on when would come to our houseThat is why me *** *** consider this problem not resolvedWe are still waiting for American Exterior to contact usWe contacted the owner by phone and asked when will the contractor come to our house, but he did not give us an concrete answer for the problemWe are still waitng That is why I am reinstating this situation as incomplete to Revdex.comThe owner needs to contact us to give us an answer on when the contractor will come to our house and fix these problem

We are doing everything we can to make this man happy, we sent a crew to look at the additional work he is requesting which is not part of the original agreement. He made a deal with the sub on the side and didn’t tell us. We told him we would send someone there this week to try and placate him.My man will go there towards the end of the week- the 1000 dollars we gave him was for the work he agreed to with the sub on the side- sub never did the additional work which was not on my contract

In reference to complaint ID  [redacted],. The owner came to customer house and saw lloked at bhe work .The trimwork was not done and storm door not done ,due to sub contractor [redacted]. He gave us a 1000 dollars. He wrote a new contract to complete the unfinished work  such as insulation of the poles and trimwork.the new contract number is Mass Reg [redacted].. RI  Id [redacted].  .The work is still not complete.He said he will come back to fix it but no results. The 10400 is financed  through [redacted] bank has nothing to do  with the [redacted] .That is a differtef issue. It is abetween mme [redacted] nad me not American Exterior.

We sent someone to take care of the customers off the wall complaints-we gave him 1000 for a storm door because we could not put one in due to the nature of the construction.[redacted] DOOR COSTS 300 MAX, he signed a release agreeing to this.the additional work he is requesting is a deal he made with the sub that we had nothing to do with,someone is going there tomorrow to try to address his issue, enough is enough!

the sub that we used apparently sold mr [redacted] additional work on the side and never completed it.Mr [redacted] never called our office,the first time we heard about this was when the complaint was emailed.The sub is suppose to finish what he and Mr [redacted] agreed to on Friday.He will tell you that my...

company had nothing to do with this additional work.If the sub does not fulfill his obligation we agreed to return the 1000 he paid him even though it was not on my contract.

In reference to original complaint # [redacted] the owner came to us and wrote a check for 1000. for our troubles because the sub conractir could not install the storm door. because the blue print were wrong in the project. [redacted] came out and look at the structre. He agreed to pay us for the storm door and our and our trouble which is foe the sum the sum a 10000 dollars. The trimwork is stiil bo not done on the 4 x 6 and insulation which he stated he would take of that, and he wrote a new contract . the contact num ber is [redacted]___________ .
